After having an initial issue with my Jeep Cherokee that required repairs, I got in touch with Jason, who was happy for me to bring the car back and to get the repair work carried out. I've since got the vehicle back, and so far the repairs have been good. Very happy with the service overall. Jason was excellent, he was helpful and had great communication throughout. I’ve never come across a dealership that offers lifetime MOTs before, and I think that’s something really special. Very impressed all around.

Everything with my Jeep Cherokee has been going good. It's an old car so it squeaks a little bit, but it's to be expected. Jason was absolutely fine to deal with. He picked me up from the station, and when we arrived at the dealership, he had all of the paperwork ready on his desk. Nice and efficient purchase.

I've used my Vauxhall Combo everyday since buying it back in Feb and so far it's been good. The salesman was a nice guy, I did have to chase my logbook as it was taking a while to come through, but I've got it now, so it's all good.

Jason was a really nice guy. I felt he was very helpful and he even picked me up from the station, which was great. I've got no problems with him at all. The only issue I've had with the car is with some of the added extras that don't come with the car. I don't feel as though I have been misled by Jason or Berkshire Jeeps and Jags, because I read the 300 page manual for the car, and it had all types of information in there about heated seats, reverse cameras, etc.. but it was just a generic manual for Jaguar. Otherwise I'm happy with the car.

This was my first time purchasing a car from Berkshire Jeeps & Jags and I'm pleased with how everything went. Jason was a nice fella and not once throughout the process was he pushing to make a sale. A month on since buying my Jaguar XF and it's been absolutely brilliant, I've had no problems with it at all. I would buy another car from here.
