I purchased the vehicle over the phone, I never actually went down to Berkshire Jeeps and Jags in Wokingham as we did the deal over the phone and it was the best decision. I was in contact the whole time, frequent updates and constant communication which I couldn't of appreciated more. I did alot of research before the purchase and I liked what I found. Jason knows what I like - he found me my second Cherokee Jeep and its perfect. Before buying he talked me through anything that needed doing on the vehicle and he took care of sorting all of those issues out before I took delivery. I asked for the Alloys to be sprayed Matt Black - nothing was too much trouble. It is my pleasure to recommend him highly.

There were two cars I was interested In down at Berkshire Jeeps but I only test drove one. I chose the higher spec Jeep Grand Cherokee and that's what I ended choosing in the end. Hats off to Jason and the delivery guy! I am absolutely loving the Cherokee! Its such a nice car to drive. The turn around was way faster than we hoped, we kind of needed it fast with all of the rail strikes and Christmas only being round the corner. Jason helped a lot and did what need to be done with no questions asked. There was a small issues within the first few days of having the car that was no fault of Jason's. I give him a call, he called me back, he got it straight back in and like that the small problem was sorted. Jason is a brilliant salesman that is very efficient! I would happily purchase my next car from Berkshire Jeeps, I could not recommend more if I tried!

Chuffed is an understatement! All has been great since we made the car ours! Very happy with the car and over the moon with the service Jason provided for us. Its great having the Jeep Grand Cherokee, its nice to have a bigger car put it that way. It is a lot bigger than the cars we have before, its a great feeling having the power and the toeing capability, its just what we needed. My wife has horses and its nice to be able to take them here, there and everywhere in the trailer. Its a great all rounder and its great with the space it has got! Jason was magnificent, I could not fault at all. He wasn't overbearing at all, so different to any other car dealer. So relaxed, not angry not aggressive. just a genuine nice chap!
