This is one of the numerous Jeeps I've had, but its the second Grand Cherokee I have had from Jason and it is by for the best one so far to date! I can't believe I'm saying this about this car but it is even better on the fuel consumption than I thought it would be! I honestly can't fault it! I am happy I chose to return to Berkshire Jeeps

My Jeep Cherokee is doing very well indeed, although my husband likes to think that his is better 😂 We are both Jeep enthusiast so you can imagine our delight when we found Jason at Berkshire Jeeps! I am extremely pleased with my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Berkshire Jeeps. This is not my first Cherokee so I feel like having being a previous owner of one makes me well versed when looking out for a good one. In fact I actually part exchanged my previous Grand Cherokee whilst making this purchase, I got a great discount of the new car for it too. Jason was superb during the purchasing process and I was very impressed with my overall experience.

Let me start by saying not once did I doubt Jason, anyone can sell a car but Jason makes it a car buying experience and his aftersales care is divine. When I first went down to Berkshire Jeeps and met Jason, he asked me about my criteria and showed me to a vehicle for all the right reasons. Jason was very upfront and honest and mentioned that the Cherokee did have a few issues (I didnt expect it to be pristine, its second-hand) but he told me to take it for the weekend on a longer 'test drive' and see how I got on with it, he said to note anything else if it came up and he would address. To his word Jason got every last thing fixed, he really proved himself and went that extra mile for me. I cannot praise or recommend enough, thank you mate and see you again next time I or the family need a new motor.

I'm the very proud owner of a Berkshire Jeeps 2003 Grand Cherokee 2.7litre diesel. I was on a very tight budget, with no option but to go for one of Jason's lowest budget older, high mileage Jeeps. I needed it for an extended 100 day touring caravan trip from Dorset to the Scottish Highlands in 2021. Reliability was going to be paramount. Nobody needs a breakdown towing a 1600kg, 6.5m twin axle caravan on a narrow road up a steep hill in The Highlands! Jason listened to all of my needs and selected a Jeep Grand Cherokee inside my budget. For its age, it looks and feels fantastic. We discussed reliability issues, common faults and a host of other matters. Jason has an enormous knowledge of all things "Jeep" and he shared an enormous amount of knowledge with me about the vehicle. He was always open, honest and plain speaking. He's also very well mannered with a great sense of humour and an absolute delight to deal with. He gave me as much time as I needed and there was never, ever any sales pressure. After a test drive, it was not a difficult decision for me to decide to buy the vehicle from Jason and the purchase process was quick and simple and he even arranged free delivery. Before giving me the vehicle, on his own initiative Jason replaced two of the tyres and a put in a brand new battery. I completed the 100 day, 2,000+ mile caravanning tour, the fully laden Grand Cherokee merrily towing the 1600kg caravan through the Scottish Highlands without a glitch. A year on, with another 6,000 miles on the clock, it's just been through its MoT with nothing more than a linkage to be tightened. If I ever decide to upgrade the Jeep, there's only one place I'm going to to buy my next. I'm going back to Jason at Berkshire Jeeps,100%.

Jason is a very tolerant man if he put up with me being such a plonker and still come out smiling. My Jeep Grand Cherokee is a great motor, I have found it to handle well, and it rides comfortably. And one more thing Jason - Don't forget to add me to your Christmas list 😜
