This time I was able to catch the right vehicle before it was sold & negotiate an excellent price to include delivery to Exeter, warranty & pre-inspection etc.. I'd decided upon a Jeep for my next car & my Bentley was soon disposed of but an issue with the car delayed the delivery a little. Meanwhile Jason kept me fully informed & ensured the vehicle arrived with me in perfect condition, was mechanically sound & fully warrantied. On arrival I could not have asked for a better vehicle, first class quality & low mileage, full service history & one previous owner, perfect. So far, so good, very happy with the Jeep Commander, we are due to go on a family trip next week and I'm very excited to give it a good run out. I am over the moon with Jason and the service he provided, the communication was strong and regular updates went a very long way for me. I purchased a Jaguar XJ and I'm very pleased with the car. The car is currently back with Jason for some work to be that I've asked for - he's moving quickly and again keeping me up-to-date, I'll be happy once its back and I can give it another good run out, but over-all I'm very happy with my experience.

Chuffed with how helpful Jason was, I went down after seeing a lovely Fiat 500 for sale, Jason was a top fella, really down to earth and straight talking, you don't find that often in this trade. He talked me through everything and answered all my questions, I went back to Jason after having an issue with the back wiper, he's getting this sorted as we speak and again been very helpful during. Wouldn't hesitate buying here again and as I know, word of mouth is important so I will certainly recommend this dealership to everybody.

The customer service was second to none, I was blown away with Jason and how caring, helpful and kind he was. He handled everything very professionally and I felt extremely valued. Jason sold me an fantastic Ford Fiesta and I absolutely love it. There is nothing at all I dislike about the car, its perfect. There's lots to learn and I feel like I need a degree in technology to figure out all the functions, buttons and tech inside, but its very modern and I'm figuring more out the more I'm in it, I know if I really cant figure anything Jason would be more than happy to run me through it. I cant recommend Berkshire Jeeps and Jason and his skills highly enough, you wont be disappointed.

Berkshire Jeeps exceeded expectations, with the car and the whole experience! Jason was brilliant, very easy to get along with, he looked after me very well and was extremely helpful! I bought a Mazda 2 and the car is great, I was just getting used to it and getting a good feel for how it drives and I've been hit with a 10 day isolation, so I'm really really keen to get back out in it!

Really happy with it the Jeep Grand Cherokee, it's a really nice drive, I'm surprised at how much I really enjoy driving it. I come from a Land Rover, however I'm fully converted, I will never get another Land Rover, I'm Jeep through and through now, what cracking motors they are. The handling, the way it drives, everything is so much better than Land Rover, chuffed to bits with it I am. Couldn't fault Jason at all, so happy with everything he did for me, a genuinely nice bloke willing to help, its the only place I'll come if I buy another in the future.
