Jason could not have been more apologetic about this, and he was on the ball to get this issue resolved for me very promptly. Exceptional service and certainly worthy of 5 stars.

The new Subaru is beautiful. It drives lovely, although I haven’t had much chance to drive it. The car looked exactly like the pictures. And when I got there, Jason was bang on. He explained everything and he was very good. Answered everything, showed me all I needed to see, and there was no pushiness at all. I did try to press for a discount ha-ha. He was a very nice man, and if all dealers were like him, I am sure all customers would be very grateful. He seemed like a very honest individual. And on top of that, he offered to pay for the MOT once it runs out next April. Told me to bring it down or just get it done and send him the bill. I would return without a doubt and 100% recommend him to everyone.
