I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Berkshire Jeeps a few months ago, it was a second hand, 12 year old car so I wasn't expecting it to be immaculate. But the standard of car that I got was higher than what I would've expected, especially what I paid for it. There has been 2 minor problems with the Jeep since owning it, I phoned Jason and it was dealt with, both times within 2 days. He is obviously a man who takes pride in his business. From start to finish and even the after care has been professional, swift and friendly. Not what you would expect from a second-hand car salesman. It's just a shame I can only rate him 5 stars (deserves much more). Pleasure doing business Berkshire Jeeps.

I dealt with Jason at Berkshire Jeeps as I had read positive reviews and I couldn't make it to see the car in person, living in Edinburgh. Jason described the car to me in detail over the phone with all the good points and any bad points. When I received the car, it was exactly as described and I was very happy with the car that I bought. Jason work hard to get the car prepared in very quick time so that I could have the car delivered as quickly as possible, which was greatly appreciated. All in all a very positive experience and a highly recommended dealer.

Purchased a jeep grand cherokee 2008 from Jason it is great he did the leather work and the paint work. The alternator was faulty so fitted a new one but that was faulty to so fitted another new one. Berkshire Jeeps were my third port of call when looking for a quality used Jeep. Wish I'd gone to them first. Berkshire Jeeps are knowledgeable about what they sell, and back it up with 6 month's warranty and 12 month's MOT. As promised, any remedial work had been completed on the car before I collected, even items flagged as advisory by the MOT station. The car is low miles and of high quality. I have confidence that any faults which occur in the next 6 months will be dealt with fairly and without prevarication. Worth travelling 130 miles for.
