This is a bit of a long one, but please read on as it's as honest as it gets. So, I stumbled across Berkshire Jeeps online whilst looking for a Jag. Initially, I was a bit unsure about buying a Jag from a Jeep specialist, so I did what I always do and look for reviews. As these were so positive, I picked the phone up and gave them a call. Jason picked the phone up and we talked about the car, with him walking around it and answering all of the questions I had. Due to the lockdown, I couldn't go and see it. So, Jason suggested that he drive the car over to my address so I could look it over in person. If I liked it, he'd leave the car with me and if I didn't he'd take it back with him. And that's exactly what he did: he literally delivered it onto my drive and waited in his wife's car whilst I took it for a test drive. All was good and exactly as described over the phone and I agreed to buy it. Jason drove away, leaving me the car and I transferred the money over to his account whilst he was on his way home. A couple of days later the driver's side window stopped working and I noticed an oil leak, plus a couple of other things as well. I phoned Jason up and told him and without hesitation, he said he'd be over to pick it up and fix at his cost. To be fair, the current Covid situation has prevented that from happening just yet, but I'm completely confident that he will fulfill his promise when things open up. So just to summarise, going by my experience so far, I've been mightily impressed with every step of the process. Jason has kept his word, kept me informed of things going on and been a genuinely nice fella to deal with. Yes, he'll have made a profit on the car (he wouldn't be a very good dealer if he didn't!) but in my view it was a fair price that we settled on. And finally, whenever I read reviews with 5-star ratings, there's always a small part of me that wonders if the reviewer is a real customer or if they're a plant. Well, I am certainly a real customer (and now, for the first time, a Jag owner!) and before initially reaching out to enquire about the car, I'd never had any dealings with Jason whatsoever. 5-stars well deserved.

I made an inquiry by phone and spoke to Jason, I had seen a couple of Jeeps of interest on the web-site, Jason told us all about the vehicles, we obviously spoke to other car dealers as well but we felt an almost instant trust in Jason. We picked a car and paid a deposit without actually seeing it. Jason got the car ready for us, full service, 12 months MOT, sorting out a tow bar, 4 new tyres etc etc. We picked up the vehicle a few days later - we were not disappointed, Jason met us at the train station, the car is stunning - everything Jason told us it would be. As an added extra Jason advised me regarding the purchase and registration of a personal plate. We not hesitate in recommending Berkshire Jeeps. I can honestly say we have never experienced such support, advice and honesty before. So 10 stars for Berkshire Jeeps

I found Berkshire Jeeps on the internet whilst looking for a new car, a couple of the Jeeps on the stock list were of interest so I telephoned Jason at Berkshire Jeeps - I have to say he was one of the nicest people I have spoken to with regards to advice and detail. After looking and speaking to other dealerships I found myself returning back to Berkshire Jeeps and Jason - even though we had not met face to face I felt an honesty and trust building up. After a few days I telephoned Jason and put a deposit on a Jeep that he recommended - even though at this stage I had not seen the car other than photo's on the website. Jason kept in constant touch with us to let us know the car was being serviced and MOT'd and letting us know when we could collect it. Yesterday 29th February we picked the car up - we were certainly not disappointed in fact we are over the moon with it. I would not hesitate in recommending Berkshire Jeeps - Jason - you have been a star - when the time comes for an upgrade you will certainly be my first port of call.
