I had been looking for a 2006 Cherokee Jeep for a while and found one at Berkshire Jeeps in very good condition with low miles. Jason was very helpfull. I travelled from Scotland to Wokingham and had a fault free drive home. Although since I purchased the Jeep I have discovered a few minor issues Jason is helping to sort them out. First off this is my second review because I've just completed 18,000 miles in the Jeep Cherokee I bought from Berkshire Jeeps a year ago and I believe in positive feedback as well as negative. I have not had a single problem or let down and I drive it every day- if only it would wash itself ! Secondly, this was not an expensive car (less than 5k) - the big (3.7 Litre) petrol puts people off which suits me. At the time I was amazed at how much time and effort Jason expended to make sure I was happy with the car - calling me a week later to check all was OK with my new purchase (How many car dealers do that ?) The Jeep has had a service a month ago which was routine and I had the MOT this morning which it passed with no advisories. It's even wearing the same tyres ! I sent Jason a text to say thanks and he offered to pay for the MOT ! I felt I couldn't in all conscience accept... I would recommend Jason and Berkshire Jeeps to anyone - honest, hard working car dealers are an extremely rare species and that is what "Berkshire Jeeps" are thanks to Jason. An absolute credit to the industry.

Once in a while you find a dealer that you can trust. This is my second car from berkshire jeeps and i know it will not be my last Jason is a super guy who does excatly what he says he will do Great service after my car devolped a fault even let me collect after he closed. Recently bought a Grand Cherokee Jeep from Berkshire Jeeps and what a sheer pleasure Jason made the whole experience. Prior to me picking the car up as I was in no rush I asked if I got some side steps and a detachable tow bar delivered would you be able to fit them "its all part of the service if it makes the customer happy then we happy "True customer service with so many horrendous stories of arrogant car sales people Jason you are a credit to your company will defo recommend you to my friends and family

I recently accompanied my parents to Berkshire Jeeps to protect their interests having had some pretty horrendous experiences with car dealers. From the outset Jason was different. We took the car we were interested in out for a test drive, he didn't come with us and told us a route we could use and take as long as we wanted. Once that was completed my parents had fallen for the car. I had noticed that the front tyres needed replacing and pointed them out to Jason. He said that anything of a safety issue with the vehicle would be fixed. Whilst we chatted he said that their had been an advisory on the last MOT that had been done two months previously. There had been some surface rust on the front discs without pitting. Although it was only a low level advisory he said that he was going to replace the front discs and pads before we collected the car. Also he promised to replace the tyres. My parents bought the car and we collected it 4 days later. The work had been done as promised. Also, he stated that he was unhappy with what he called a slow start, and had replaced the battery. Obviously I was very impressed. So far Jason has been an absolute gentleman and a thoughtful and honest car dealer. Something that I honestly thought I would never say. A certain Jaguar dealer in Wiltshire could learn a lot from Jason.

Drove up from Devon to view a Jeep. We liked what we saw and the vehicle was as described. Jason gave us the keys for a test drive, we agreed a deal on my p/x and he then sorted the car to drive away that day with a new MOT and a few minor issues done. All in a pleasant transaction.
