On both occasions I made a visit to Berkshire Jeeps Jason was extremely accommodating. This first visit was to view the car, Jason was very helpful in explaining the various models available and the variants originally manufactured by Jeep. He really does know what he is talking about. The second visit was to collect the car I had purchased, again great service from Jason. I am extremely pleased with the car I purchased and will use him again when I need another one.

Contacted them regarding a possible purchase and they went out of there way to find a model and year for me. Well impressed with service provided could not do enough for me. With the added bonus of they delivered it. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a 56 plate Grand Cherokee 3.0 CRD Overland from Berkshire Jeeps. I was looking to replace my Saab and having had a Grand Cherokee previously, I was keen to get back behind the wheel again. Having looked through Auto Trader, I'd become aware of Berkshire Jeeps and they seemed to have a good reputation. However I am always slightly wary of car dealers and you never quite know what you're letting yourself in for. I met with Jason to test drive a specific Jeep he had in stock. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge as well as his down-to-earth style - not sales-pushy at all. He gave me the keys and said "go enjoy yourself". He came across as genuine and has a true desire to ensure you get the car that suits you. I decided to buy the car and we did some (fair) horse trading about trading in the Saab. I'd noticed the wing mirrors didn't seem to be the correct ones for the model (they didn't fold and also were after-market rather than Jeep originals). Jason assured he'd get them changed which he tried to do before I took delivery. Unfortunately this couldn't happen as his supplier let him down, so Jason arranged for the mirrors from a Jeep in his stock to be fitted to my car and he'd arrange replacements for his Jeep. This was done to reduce the hassle and burden on me and was greatly appreciated. Not many traders would have done this. I can thoroughly recommend Berkshire Jeeps and Jason to anyone considering buying a Jeep. I will certainly be returning when it's time to replace my current one. Great service and great attitude.

Been looking for a V8 Grand Cherokee for awhile now. Then I saw Berkshire Jeeps and saw this lovely example, it looked in great condition in the photos on the website, which stated it had a full service history. I gave Berkshire Jeeps a call and explained to Jason that I lived too far away and couldn't view it or test drive it. Jason immediately said he would send me some more photos, and within a few hours Jason had sent me loads of photos and an honest description of the vehicle. Jason has a very good telephone manner and is very helpful. Jason also arranged for it to be delivered to me, upon arrival I couldn't believe just how good a looking vehicle it was, Jason described it perfectly. I am very happy with the vehicle and the service that I received, I highly recommend Berkshire Jeeps.

I viewed the Jeep under no pressure and Jason was able to answer all my questions. All of the small problems that I identified when viewing the Jeep, Jason put right as he said he would.
