Jason was great at helping me understand what I can get Jeep wise in my budget. The Jeep had a few minor items and Jason did fix before purchase and when I returned it for a handbrake tightening. He was very helpful to talk to and did help with the issues. The Jeep I brought did need some more work as the injectors failed but Jason did talk to me and see if he could help but have chosen to go through warranty.

I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and found one that I liked at Berkshire Jeeps, I contacted them and spoke to Jason who was very helpful as he assured me that the jeep was in very good condition as I was travelling down from Scotland to see it. I HAVE JUST BROUGHT MY NEW VAN FROM JASON AT BERKSHIRE JEEPS. I FOUND JASON VERY HONEST AND FAIR AND EASY TO TALK TO. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS AFTER A JEEP OR ANY OTHER VEHICLE THEY HAVE FOR SALE.

Found my Jeep on line, and as we are over 200 miles away did the deal over the phone......and we are not disappointed......have had a few minor niggles that Jason has sorted without delay. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a used Jeep.....i will be back for another in a couple of years.

I bought my Jeep Cherokee from Jason. He was great when selling it to me but i did point out a leak on the differential box whilst i was viewing the car. He said to me that i can bring it into his garage the following weekend. This never happened. I have been persistent in trying to contact him. He never replies my messages and when speaking to him over the phone he continues to make excuses that he is busy at the moment and will call me later. To me this is awful customer service. If you are going to provide a service then do it correctly or don't do it at all. I will now fix this leak at my own expense and that will be the last time i ever use Berkshire Jeeps.

I had been looking for a reasonably priced Cherokee for a while before finding Jason and Berkshire Jeeps. He was 120 mile round trip , but the price and spec was the best I had seen. So I took the plunge and went to view the car. Jason was a real pleasure to deal with. Very honest and straightforward. Loving the car and would highly recommend Jason and Berkshire Jeeps to anyone.

I hadnt bought a car in years (leased) and decided to take the plunge on a jeep. The experience was seamless, Jason is extremely knowledgable and didn't push the sale when I visited. He clearly picks his cars carefully as the car was in excellent condition and really stood out vs others I had looked at elsewhere. I did have a minor issue after collecting the car which Jason sorted straight away with no hassle. I love the jeep and imagine in a couple of years I'll be back at Berkshire jeeps for an upgrade.
