I had a great experience with this dealership. After seeing the Jaguar XKR online, I contacted Jason to get some more information about the car and his description was spot on. It was a big risk as I travelled on my own by train across from Derbyshire to Wokingham on his word, but I'm very happy I made the trip up. I found Jason was a very honest and truthful gentleman, which in my eyes you can't ask for anything more from a dealer. He was a likable person when I had the pleasure of meeting him and as I was viewing the car there was no pressure from his end at all. I'd highly recommend this company to family and friends. I first found this dealership while in the process of selling my van, and I spotted a Jeep that caught my eye. Unfortunately, there was a delay with selling my van, so I just missed out on getting it. However, after speaking to Jason about what I was in the market for, he was quick to send me some pictures and a video of another car they had in stock. He assured me I could place a deposit to secure it, with the option of a refund if I wasn't feeling the car, which was reassuring to hear. After putting a deposit down, I made the 2 hour trip down to take a quick look at it and one test drive later I was happy to go ahead with it. Jason has always been highly responsive whenever I messaged him and very proactive. No complaints from me.

I'm getting along just fine with my Dodge Nitro. Personally, I'm quite pleased with it, but the missus isn't as thrilled because she's only 5ft,I'm sure she will learn to love it I found out about this dealership while browsing Autotrader, and after expanding my search nationwide is when I saw the advert that took me to Berkshire Jeeps and Jags and after reading the cars description it seemed like the perfect fit.  5 stars. for my first time visiting here. Jason really came through, picking me up from the station. He took care of us exceptionally well. I even lucked out with the weather on the day of the purchase because it was sunny for once. The 3 hour journey back was great, apart from getting on the M1, but otherwise it was okay.

I have to say Jason was absolutely brilliant. I couldn't fault him one bit and I can confidently say it was a pleasure doing business with him. So my overall experience has been a good one and I'm really enjoying the car. I've even managed to change a few bits on it to make it truly mine.

1 month on and I'm still in love with my Jeep Grand Cherokee! Touch wood it stays the way it is because it's been going well. It was my first time visiting here and it was nice to walk into a nice and relaxed atmosphere, which is how I felt all the way through the process. Can't fault it.

While searching around on the internet, I found that Berkshire Jeeps and Jags had a Volkswagen for sale that I was really interested in. I gave them a call and spoke to a very helpful person called Jason, who asked me if I wanted to come and see the car and take it for a test run. When I got to their place of business, I was met by Jason, who gave me a tour of the car and he told me to take my time and have a good drive in it to see what I thought. I was impressed with how the car drove, so I was confident enough to go back to the dealership and agree to buy it. I'm really pleased with the choice I made because my Volkswagen has turned out to be so reliable up to now.

Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about Berkshire Jeeps and Jags at Wokingham. From making the initial inquiry to the handover, everything was perfect. I did have a few minor issues with my Vauxhall when I first purchased it, but Jason jumped on it right away for me and got things resolved. This gave me great confidence to put my trust in this dealership and to use them again when I need to upgrade my car. 

Everything is going really well with my BMW, so far, so good. The salesman Jason was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to make sure that it was a hassle free service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone and I have no reservations about buying another car from here in the future.
