Super service provided by Jason at Berkshire Jeeps. Everything is absolutely wonderful with my Grand Cherokee, its not given me a single headache yet, so I can't complain! 10/10 all round for Berkshire!

This Jeep Grand Cherokee was the nicest one on the market, I wasn't out looking for the cheapest as I know you get what you pay for. This particualr car seemed the best condition wise and lowest mileage etc. The price, the condition, the dealership... everything was just absolutely spot on. I have had one small issue, however the garage have already ordered the parts for me to get it sorted so I am more than happy with how they have handled the situation. I will definitely be recommending to others they were superb.

Normally I'm not too keen on salesman, there is something about them that just doesn't sit right with me. However, Jason has changed my perspective of them, just by a smithering! He was a really nice bloke and was very easy to get on with. His customer service was perfect, he was helpful and sorted me with a beautiful C63. I cannot fault him or my car whatsoever. I am absolutely over the moon with my Grand Cherokee, it is a lovely motor and is driving extremely well. The customer service form Berkshire Jeeps was brilliant, they were all really helpful and looked after us very well. I wouldn't hesitate in going again they were superb.

It was nice buying my car from somebody who really knows their stuff. Jason was so clued up and you can tell he has found his area of expertise. He sold me a Land Rover Range Rover Sport and its incredible, the car is truly great and seems to do everything it should. Jason was able to run me through all the details, features and spec of the car and there wasn't a single thing he didn't know, I was blown away. Great process to follow and the customer service was extremely good, Jason is a top guy very nice and very helpful. I will be buying from him again in the future without a doubt.

When buying older second hand cars you expect to run into some issues... what I didnt expect was for Jason to raise the issues himself and put a resolution in place to fix before I purchased. He went out of his way to sort and provide a top nick Jeep. Anything and everything, he will go above and beyond, he's literally bent over backwards for me, and I know I am trouble customer, but I cannot fault how Jason and the team have been. From the very beginning, very polite, friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has done everything I have asked of him, a really good bloke, with decent old fashioned morals. For used Jeeps, this is the only place I'd visit, he's more than clued up!

Jason is a nice bloke with loads of knowledge, couldn't imagine buying from anywhere else now. I bought a Dodge Nitro and its good, no problems at all driving well and in much better condition than I thought for my budget and its age.

I read reviews on Berkshire Jeeps before buying my Nitro and since I have been everywhere to write reviews for them, I'm so so so impressed with everything Jason and the team did! I cannot fault from the beginning, Jason was on top form, he's quick, clued up and there's not a question he couldn't answer! Absolutely loving the Nitro its such good fun. I will be back here as a first port of call when I'm ready to swap.

Jason was very responsive from the beginning and was always about to answer and reply to any messages I sent. When I saw the Jeep I loved it, it was just what I needed and I've had no problems with it what so ever, everything is as it should be and I'm having a tow bar fitted this week to get it to exactly what I want. I can't give anything less than 5 stars for the Jeep Cherokee and also for he customer service received from Jason at Berkshire Jeeps.
