I am over the moon with Jason and the service he provided, the communication was strong and regular updates went a very long way for me. I purchased a Jaguar XJ and I'm very pleased with the car. The car is currently back with Jason for some work to be that I've asked for - he's moving quickly and again keeping me up-to-date, I'll be happy once its back and I can give it another good run out, but over-all I'm very happy with my experience.

Chuffed with how helpful Jason was, I went down after seeing a lovely Fiat 500 for sale, Jason was a top fella, really down to earth and straight talking, you don't find that often in this trade. He talked me through everything and answered all my questions, I went back to Jason after having an issue with the back wiper, he's getting this sorted as we speak and again been very helpful during. Wouldn't hesitate buying here again and as I know, word of mouth is important so I will certainly recommend this dealership to everybody.

The customer service was second to none, I was blown away with Jason and how caring, helpful and kind he was. He handled everything very professionally and I felt extremely valued. Jason sold me an fantastic Ford Fiesta and I absolutely love it. There is nothing at all I dislike about the car, its perfect. There's lots to learn and I feel like I need a degree in technology to figure out all the functions, buttons and tech inside, but its very modern and I'm figuring more out the more I'm in it, I know if I really cant figure anything Jason would be more than happy to run me through it. I cant recommend Berkshire Jeeps and Jason and his skills highly enough, you wont be disappointed.

A brilliant experience buying from Berkshire Jeeps, the whole experience was smooth and well planned. I wanted to replace my current car, for something a little more luxurious Berkshire Jeeps had a lovely Jag XF in - it suited what I wanted to a T. Berkshire Jeeps exceeded expectations, with the car and the whole experience! Jason was brilliant, very easy to get along with, he looked after me very well and was extremely helpful! I bought a Mazda 2 and the car is great, I was just getting used to it and getting a good feel for how it drives and I've been hit with a 10 day isolation, so I'm really really keen to get back out in it!

Really happy with it the Jeep Grand Cherokee, it's a really nice drive, I'm surprised at how much I really enjoy driving it. I come from a Land Rover, however I'm fully converted, I will never get another Land Rover, I'm Jeep through and through now, what cracking motors they are. The handling, the way it drives, everything is so much better than Land Rover, chuffed to bits with it I am. Couldn't fault Jason at all, so happy with everything he did for me, a genuinely nice bloke willing to help, its the only place I'll come if I buy another in the future.

No problems, Jade & Jason were so helpful & clear about the vehicle throughout the process even ensuring that a major repair discovered was completely fixed, new parts, before delivery. In spite of a slight delay the vehicle arrived direct to Exeter and their delightful driver pronounced the car wonderful to drive, I agree. It's in excellent condition, mechanically first class & with a full history & low mileage, I will get many more years out of the Jeep before it moves on. I cannot recommend Berkshire Jeeps highly enough.

The guy at this dealership was so nice, he was really welcoming, and explained everything clearly to me. I found the Volvo XC90 online and rang to arrange a viewing. I took my brother with me who is a automotive engineer. The guy left us to it and didnt put any pressure on us at all. He told my brother to have a decent look over and to ask away with anything at all. The car ticked all the boxes for me and my Brother was pretty impressed with how well it had been looked after so I took the plunge... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Its the perfect car and I'm so glad I went ahead and bought it, Thank you Berkshire Jeeps!
