I am a firm believer that you only find out how good a company is when you have a problem with a purchase . I had a few problems as most people do when they have purchased a used car. Although these problems were not serious Jason true to his word sorted them out for me with no fuss. Berkshire jeeps is without a doubt the best used car company I have ever dealt with. Would I buy from them again?, certainly. Would I recommend them to others looking for a no fuss honest dealer?, without a doubt. Thank you Berkshire Jeeps for my beautiful 300c SRT.

I was looking for an Audi A5 S Line, I wanted this model only. I viewed one, but wasn't happy with the level of customer service provided. I then saw Berkshire Jeeps had the same car in, with the spec I wanted and at a very good price. I asked a friend to go and look at the car on my behalf, he came back and said the car was in great condition and the dealer was a very genuine chap. When I went to buy the car, Jason was very co-operative and extremely helpful, he went above and beyond for me. Its very clear that the customer and their needs are at the heart of this business. The car price was great and Jason even delivered the car to me 30 miles away. Anybody looking for a car within the area, I would highly recommend using Berkshire Jeeps - Jason will look after you.

It's very rare these days to find a dealership/salesman, who is honest, genuinely, helpful and puts the customer and their needs first. I found this in Jason at Berkshire Jeeps, he is an all round nice guy, full of enthusiasm but not pushy at all. Jason is extremely focused and naturally passionate about what he does. Whatever you throw at him, he will try his hardest to sort or fix, it was a breath of fresh air buying a car here. I bought a lovely Jaguar X Type, its superb, its driving and running beautifully. The Jaguar was great value for money, I was highly impressed with the price once I had seen the car in person. I can't recommend Berkshire Jeeps enough, and Jason's level of customer service. I will always bare the dealership in mind for when I or friends/family are looking for a new car.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I would say Jason at Berkshire Jeeps provided the best service I've ever had, anywhere, not just buying cars. I highly recommend Berkshire Jeeps for their outstanding customer service. Jason did everything he said he would, and nothing was too much trouble. I had a few problems with the Chrysler and Jason dealt with everything, a very pleasant experience from first contacted to driving away. I love my new car, its everything I wanted. Berkshire Jeeps will be recommended by me and the first place I look when I'm ready for another car.

Jason is a good guy, he is very very good at what he does, he's a busy man but still got back to me when needed and updated me along the way. He was extremely helpful and looked after me. The Jaguar XF I bought is exactly what I wanted, its perfect. I'm still getting used to it, but its fantastic to drive. I would happily go back to Jason at Berkshire Jeeps for another car, he really was great with me and sold me a very nice car, at the right price.

I have just had a wonderful experience buying a beautiful Jaguar XJ from Berkshire Jeeps. Having gone through the length of the UK looking at similar vehicles, I found what I was looking for at Berkshire Jeeps. I am now coming to end of the my driving years, and I just wanted a nice car to enjoy at weekend. Jason could not have been more helpful, I drove a the XJ on a long test, longer than usual, and this did not bother Jason one bit. I found a couple of small issues which Jason immediately put right before I picked the car up. I now own a very nice XJ which is immaculate both inside and out. Would I go to Berkshire Jeeps again, absolutely without hesitation. My only regret is that I searched for so long for such a car, only to find one I liked best, closer to home. I'm very pleased with the Jeep Grand Cherokee I bought, Jason did everything he could to help me, he was very good. The Jeep is beautiful to drive, its such a lovely car. I'm very happy with it and I'm impressed with Berkshire Jeeps and the levels of customer service provided. Highly recommend the dealership.

I really can't fault Jason at Berkshire Jeeps, he was very helpful and informative when I was looking at the Jeep. Its 2 years newer than my old Jeep and I can certainly feel the difference, its much more comfortable to drive and the suspension is fantastic. There was a few minor things over-looked when the service was carried out, but I've spoken to Jason and its going back in next week for these to be done, he was more than helpful regarding the matter and worked efficiently to get a date in that suited me, within good time. Over-all I'm very happy with the Jeep Grand Cherokee, it was a great price, and the customer service provided was second to none, so thank you Jason. I would happily buy again and recommend to others.

I went to Berkshire Jeeps to buy a second car, for towing purposes. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee, its running very well and I am enjoying the drive on it. Its done the first towing trip and it went very smoothly. The customer service provided by Jason was very good. He was helpful, friendly and polite. I highly recommend Berkshire Jeeps and Jason to others looking for great cars and great prices, with excellent customer service. I'm hoping I don't need another car for some time, but if I did I would be more than happy to buy from here again.

The Jaguar XF I bought all seems fine, not had much chance to drive it, but when I have driven it it's lovely to drive. The staff at Berkshire Jeeps were helpful and friendly. Over-all happy with the experience
