Bought a Jeep Cherokee from Berkshire Jeeps because mine died! Found it online at 4pm one day and picked it up 9am next morning, it was as described in the ad. All went very smoothly and found the chap to be very helpful. Its a very nice motor, really pleased with it.

Found Berkshire Jeeps by pure luck, was going to view another Jaguar XJ in the same area and thought the one at Berkshire jeeps was too old but would view anyway. It was in great condition, lovely car but more importantly I felt that Jason would sort out any issues if they arose, that gave me the peace of mind to go ahead and buy. 100% decent guy would buy from there again and definitely would recommend.

The car is running great, very pleased with it. Jason does exactly what he says he's going to do. The car had a couple of issues when I test drove it and he had a full service done, replaced discs. and also had a few other things done. By the time I picked it up it was absolutely perfect. Could not recommend highly enough - brilliant!

I am a firm believer that you only find out how good a company is when you have a problem with a purchase . I had a few problems as most people do when they have purchased a used car. Although these problems were not serious Jason true to his word sorted them out for me with no fuss. Berkshire jeeps is without a doubt the best used car company I have ever dealt with. I was looking for an Audi A5 S Line, I wanted this model only. I viewed one, but wasn't happy with the level of customer service provided. I then saw Berkshire Jeeps had the same car in, with the spec I wanted and at a very good price. I asked a friend to go and look at the car on my behalf, he came back and said the car was in great condition and the dealer was a very genuine chap. When I went to buy the car, Jason was very co-operative and extremely helpful, he went above and beyond for me. Its very clear that the customer and their needs are at the heart of this business. The car price was great and Jason even delivered the car to me 30 miles away. Anybody looking for a car within the area, I would highly recommend using Berkshire Jeeps - Jason will look after you.

It's very rare these days to find a dealership/salesman, who is honest, genuinely, helpful and puts the customer and their needs first. I found this in Jason at Berkshire Jeeps, he is an all round nice guy, full of enthusiasm but not pushy at all. Jason is extremely focused and naturally passionate about what he does. Whatever you throw at him, he will try his hardest to sort or fix, it was a breath of fresh air buying a car here. I bought a lovely Jaguar X Type, its superb, its driving and running beautifully. The Jaguar was great value for money, I was highly impressed with the price once I had seen the car in person. I can't recommend Berkshire Jeeps enough, and Jason's level of customer service. I will always bare the dealership in mind for when I or friends/family are looking for a new car.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I would say Jason at Berkshire Jeeps provided the best service I've ever had, anywhere, not just buying cars. I highly recommend Berkshire Jeeps for their outstanding customer service. Jason did everything he said he would, and nothing was too much trouble. I had a few problems with the Chrysler and Jason dealt with everything, a very pleasant experience from first contacted to driving away. I love my new car, its everything I wanted. Berkshire Jeeps will be recommended by me and the first place I look when I'm ready for another car.

Jason is a good guy, he is very very good at what he does, he's a busy man but still got back to me when needed and updated me along the way. He was extremely helpful and looked after me. The Jaguar XF I bought is exactly what I wanted, its perfect. I'm still getting used to it, but its fantastic to drive. I would happily go back to Jason at Berkshire Jeeps for another car, he really was great with me and sold me a very nice car, at the right price.
