I found Berkshire Jeeps on the internet whilst looking for a new car, a couple of the Jeeps on the stock list were of interest so I telephoned Jason at Berkshire Jeeps - I have to say he was one of the nicest people I have spoken to with regards to advice and detail. After looking and speaking to other dealerships I found myself returning back to Berkshire Jeeps and Jason - even though we had not met face to face I felt an honesty and trust building up. After a few days I telephoned Jason and put a deposit on a Jeep that he recommended - even though at this stage I had not seen the car other than photo's on the website. Jason kept in constant touch with us to let us know the car was being serviced and MOT'd and letting us know when we could collect it. Yesterday 29th February we picked the car up - we were certainly not disappointed in fact we are over the moon with it. I would not hesitate in recommending Berkshire Jeeps - Jason - you have been a star - when the time comes for an upgrade you will certainly be my first port of call. We went to Jason to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was very professional and informative. We felt under no pressure whatsoever and bought the vehicle. As promised it was given a 12 month MOT and 2 new tyres. It also came with a free 6 month warranty. We rang Jason the next day and asked if he could fit new side steps prior to receiving the Jeep. This he did and delivered the Jeep to our home! You don't get service like that anywhere else. So this independent car dealer was a joy to deal with. Thanks Jason!

I had a very specific Jeep in mind (Grand Cherokee SRT8) so visited Jason to look at two that he had in stock. He stood back and let me inspect the vehicles and answered all the questions that I had, and gave a full account of the known history for both, which was very useful in determining which to pick. Jason has a clear passion for this model so has a lot of depth to his knowledge. I was promised a fresh MoT before collecting the Jeep - unfortunately one of the brake discs caused it to fail but Jason quickly rectified the issue at his expense ready for collection. I part exchanged my Renault Clio and in my opinion was offered a fair price for it. The SRT is a bit of a monster so Jason also provided some very warranted health and safety warnings before giving me the keys! Would definitely visit again for future Jeep purchases.

We were looking for a second hand jeep and found Berkshire jeeps online. We rang Jason who sounded very nice and ask if we can view it on a Sunday as we were quite away from where he was and said yes. The jeep was clean and tidy and we were pleased that we bought it there and then. But wait for this Jason himself delivered it to us first thing in the morning which is unusual for a dealer. Big thumbs up for Jason. We highly recommend Berkshire jeeps.

Jason at Berkshire Jeeps is a very friendly chap who has many years of experience in selling jeeps and knows the range very well. We made an appointment for a speculative visit, but Jason showed us such an impressive late 2010 Grand Cherokee we were won over on a test drive. We agreed some work to resolve some minor issues, and on collection we found all work completed, along with a service, new mot and the promised warranties - Jason even helped us to arrange vehicle tax. Jason has made this a perfect example of how to sell a jeep - very friendly manner, no pressure, great product knowledge and every expectation met or exceeded - many thanks, Jason.
