We had a great experience buying our Mini Cooper S from Jason at Berkshire Jeeps. He accommodated our late arrival from London on a Friday evening and was very trusting and very honest. Instead of trying to sell us the car, he told us about a few things that he was going to fix before he would sell the car and he came through on all of it and more. The car initially about around 6 months left on an MOT but he re-MOT'd it anyway - the one issue (an advisory on the breaks) he went and fixed! There was a small cosmetic thing that I mentioned to him and he also went and got that fixed as well. This all happened after we agreed on a price so we were very grateful. Included in the price was a 6 month warranty, 12 months AA and even MOT for life (he'll pay for the cost of your MOT for the life of the car, which is unheard of!). It's been 4 weeks since we drove home in our fantastic little Mini and we love it and would highly recommend Jason and Berkshire Jeeps to anyone!

Following the purchase of a jeep Orvis in February and being very happy with the purchase and delivery. Following a few months of happy motoring the factory Head unit failed, Jason has gone over and above to resolve the issue. We will be coming back in the future when we upgrade the jeep to something a bit bigger.... well after a 4lt it’s got to be a 5.7 hemi and Jason will continue to have my business while a jeep is my car of choice! Recently bought a '57 plate Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with just over 84k miles on the clock and could not be more pleased. Jason was very trusting and just hands you the keys and says to take it for a test drive. He was not pushy in any way whatsoever and just went with the flow. All the relevant documents were transferred over hassle-free and also the six month warranty, too. Jason seems to take pride in picking vehicles which are in great shape to sell on. When I picked up the vehicle it was fully serviced with an oil change and had a fresh MOT, even though it had had one done just a month or so before. The vehicle I purchased had been cleaned prior to purchase and was a pleasure to get in and take for a test drive. When I got home, I noticed that one of the fog lights had cracked and Jason offered to send one down at no expense to myself. Overall this easily has to be the best used car I have ever bought; not just with regards to the car, but to the whole sale in general. Would definitely recommend berkshirejeeps if you're in the market for a used car. If I could give more than five stars, then I would do! If I want a Jeep when I get my next car, then berkshirejeeps will be my first port of call!

Bought a Jeep Cherokee from Jason, and all my dealings with him were spot-on. Very honest about car condition, and getting some work done on it before purchase. Had an initial problem with it when I'd got it home, which is not surprising for an 18 year old car (and turned out not be a problem!) and he was immediately on the case with doing whatever was needed to make it right, including offer of hire car while it was being worked on. Very happy to recommend Berkshire Jeeps...

Purchased an older Jeep from Jason in April, we wanted a run around for the dogs. Jason let us take a few cars out to work out what we wanted and he didn't try to up-sell us. In fact he tried to be reasonable in ensuring we remembered why we were buying a Jeep! The Jeep developed a few problems early on and Jason was great at sorting them out. We knew buying an older car it wasn't going to be perfect, that was the point but when we spoke to Jason about the fault (oil leak) he immediately offered to take in the car and sort out the problem, even offering us a replacement car for the dogs! Highly recommend Jason, we have had some bad experiences with non-main dealerships in the past so it was really refreshing to get this level of service.

Jason at Berkshire Jeeps is an extremely honest and likable man , my Grande Cherokee Jeep is everything he said it was and more I could not be more thrilled with it .It is a fabulous condition low mileage example that I shall be using for many years.
