Yep a well prepared with 12 month mot 12500 service on my 2:7ltr jeep exactly as it said on the tin, Jason drove 160 miles to drop the jeep off, There was a minor issue on the jeep the next day nither of us expected it with in 24hours it was sorted even though the 160 mile distance well done Jason, yes I would recommend Berkshire Jeeps

I had been looking for some time for a low mileage WJ series Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8. One popped up on Auto Trader which looked good ,so I phoned Berkshire Jeeps and spoke with Jason who gave me a full honest description of the Jeep. As I was traveling up from Cornwall Jason went the extra mile in answering all my questions, He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about all things Jeep. At no point was he a pushy sales person, A date was agreed upon when I would come up to view the Jeep, Jason arranged for the Jeep to be MOTd and serviced so that I could take it away with me if I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. On arrival at Berkshire Jeeps we were welcomed by Jason offered coffee or Tea, given the keys to the Jeep we had chosen and was free to inspect it and test drive it without any interference from Jason. The Jeep was well presented and was as described by Jason so the purchase was made. The drive back to Cornwall was very enjoyable, the next morning Jason phoned me to check that everything was ok with the vehicle. Jason certainly seems to go the extra mile to look after his customer from the first phone call to the after sales care. Thank you Jason I will be back. Gerry.

I wanted a Jeep Cherokee 3.7l - the “KJ” model made between 2001 & 2006 while Chrysler Jeep was part of the Mercedes Group. I found possibly the best one in the country at Berkshire Jeeps. I called and Jason was immediately helpful and able to describe the car accurately and was clearly familiar with the model and it’s idiosyncrasies. I left a deposit and went to take a look by train, Jason picked me up from the station and after a thorough inspection everything was as Jason described it. Since then I have had a very detailed look at the car and can’t believe how lucky I was and what a great deal I got. Considering this was not a high value purchase I was delighted at how much time Jason spent with me and how friendly and well informed he is. The whole transaction was a pleasure and I can honestly say I will be going back to Berkshire Jeeps when I wear this one out and recommend anyone who wants one of these vastly underrated cars to call Jason. Berkshire Jeeps is a Credit to the used vehicle business.

From day one Jason was extremely polite very helpful and accommodating. He certainly knows his business and he made the purchasing of my Grand Cherokee very easy. There is no hard sell with Jason! Jason highlighted on the day of purchasing that a part had not arrived and that when the part arrived I could return the car and use one of his cars until it had been fitted. There were a number of marks on the car due to age, Jason had no issues making good in fact he did more than I expected which I was very grateful with. Following a number of weeks I for personal reasons I needed to sell the car which I asked Jason if he was interested in buying back, He was more than helpful and gave me the best price which I am very grateful for. Throughout the process Jason has been very professional Thank you.

Great customer service - Jason replaced various parts that needed doing in time but he also 'went the extra mile' and did the wiper blades (that we didn't notice needed doing)!

After researching for a used Jeep, i called Jason, and was given a detailed decription of the car that i was interested in. A suitable appointment to test drive, and i was left alone to have a long look and test drive. The relaxed approach made me relaxed and i ended up buying the car, rather than being sold the car. I am the type that if i feel presured when buying anything , i feel uncomfortable. A good experience and a good car.
