We brought a 2004 Discovery 2 from Jason, the Disco was as described with low mileage for the age. Friendly and helpful advice, Berkshire Jeeps also paid for an extra key and cover shelf for the boot. Really happy with the 4x4, we’ll definitely be back!

The best measure of any company is how they respond when there is a problem. Jason has bent over backwards to sort out an issue I had shortly after I bought the car. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I bought a Vauxhall Ampera from Jason. It is not his usual type of vehicle. Vauxhall offer a ‘lifetime’ warranty for this car and I asked Jason to ensure that it was still covered. He got on to Vauxhall HQ and got conformation this would be honored. (Fortunately). Four days after I picked the car up I was driving to the Main Dealer to have it serviced and the bakes failed. The Main Dealer diagnosed a fault in the brake module and said it was not covered by the warranty. Jason called Vauxhall HQ every day and even tried to speak with the CEO in order to sort it out. As a result of all his hard work and persistence Vauxhall eventually admitted this component actually was covered by the warranty and the work has now been completed. I have been impressed with the effort that Jason put into sorting this out. Second Hand Car Dealers generally have a poor reputation but Jason really does not fall into this category.

A really helpful dealership with lots of great deals! I bought a Jeep from Berkshire Jeeps back in March, been very good apart from one issues, but as a whole its been great and I would definitely recommend them!

On both occasions I made a visit to Berkshire Jeeps Jason was extremely accommodating. This first visit was to view the car, Jason was very helpful in explaining the various models available and the variants originally manufactured by Jeep. He really does know what he is talking about. The second visit was to collect the car I had purchased, again great service from Jason. I am extremely pleased with the car I purchased and will use him again when I need another one.

I called Jason from Glasgow and he described the car over the phone so I booked a flight. Jason arranged for a cab to collect me from the airport and when I got to the car it was exactly as described. I would have no hesitation in trusting his judgement and my 5.5 hour drive home was a pleasure!

I recently bought a 56 plate Grand Cherokee 3.0 CRD Overland from Berkshire Jeeps. I was looking to replace my Saab and having had a Grand Cherokee previously, I was keen to get back behind the wheel again. Having looked through Auto Trader, I'd become aware of Berkshire Jeeps and they seemed to have a good reputation. However I am always slightly wary of car dealers and you never quite know what you're letting yourself in for. I met with Jason to test drive a specific Jeep he had in stock. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge as well as his down-to-earth style - not sales-pushy at all. He gave me the keys and said "go enjoy yourself". He came across as genuine and has a true desire to ensure you get the car that suits you. I decided to buy the car and we did some (fair) horse trading about trading in the Saab. I'd noticed the wing mirrors didn't seem to be the correct ones for the model (they didn't fold and also were after-market rather than Jeep originals). Jason assured he'd get them changed which he tried to do before I took delivery. Unfortunately this couldn't happen as his supplier let him down, so Jason arranged for the mirrors from a Jeep in his stock to be fitted to my car and he'd arrange replacements for his Jeep. This was done to reduce the hassle and burden on me and was greatly appreciated. Not many traders would have done this. I can thoroughly recommend Berkshire Jeeps and Jason to anyone considering buying a Jeep. I will certainly be returning when it's time to replace my current one. Great service and great attitude.
