This is not the first jeep I have bought from here! Berkshire Jeeps are a very good dealership. The customer service is of a very high standard and the dealer is very knowledgeable and helpful! I have had no issue with my new jeep up to now and I have had it since June. I would gully recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had been looking for an SRT8 Jeep for about 8 months then come across Berkshire Jeeps who had two advertised. I went to look at the Jeep’s and both whereas described, the sales guy was very helpful and extremely informative about the Jeep and more particular the SRT8 model I was looking at. I purchased the SRT8 and I have been really happy with it for over 12 months now, great car! The dealer also offered to either trade or buy back the Jeep from me in future if I ever decided I wanted to move it on. I recently took the dealer up on this offer and got a great trade in price from him in the process. Overall very satisfied with the service and support given… Thankyou
I bought a Range Rover Sport from Berkshire Jeeps, and whilst the vehicle did have some issues (its 11 years old) Jason has been more than fair in resolving them, helping manage the claim with the warranty, and going out of his way to make the repair easier, including loaning a courtesy car. Can't fault the service.
After contacting other dealerships in search of a Grand Cherokee Jeep and being disappointed with the service I experienced, I decided to contact Jason at Berkshire Jeeps and glad I did. Jason was very helpful and flexible as I had a fixed budget to work with and some specific specification requirements. On collection the Jeep was ready to drive away with no issues and have been very happy with the vehicle. Jason contacted me the day after I took delivery of the car to make sure I got home OK as I live an hour away and that the Jeep was to my liking - nice touch. Small issue with the SatNav but Jason immediately agreed to replace it FOC - no questions asked. Excellent experience from start to finish. Recommended.
AVOID BERKSHIRE JEEPS! Got half way home and the vehicle broke down. Berkshire Jeeos said they would pay for this but this was in February and it's not July. So now I'm stuck with a bill of £3000. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

We have no idea who this is and do not recall anyone calling to say they have a £3000 bill to pay we find a little odd as we got no record of this so if the person who left this would like to call us we could look into it.

Just a update on this feed back 3 mths since we asked the person to contact us so we can help still not heard anything back we 100% feel this is a fake feed back so should be ignored. Jason Berkshire Jeeps

The Jeep that had been prepared for me had a mechanical issue with it on the day I went to collect it. Jason was honest and upfront about this. He gave me the option to walk away and he returned my full deposit when I cancelled the purchase.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership, Thank God I didn't have to experience there after sales support, based on the sales guy I would suggest you avoid Berkshire Jeeps at all costs!

When this sales call was taken the caller was extremely rude on the phone and never came to Berkshire Jeeps we feel this feed back is unfair and unfounded.
After being let dowm badly by two Jeep specialists, one in Watford and the other in Enfield; and being left with a very low bank account and my Jeep almost a total write-off, I reluctantly searched the web to find a replacement to my Grand Cherokee. After speaking with Jason from Berkshire Jeeps I decided to "go" for it; nervously did a part exchange. I can say I'm honestly 100% impressed with my new Jeep and the service I've received, I will go to Jason for all my services, as he is also close to a main line station. I totally recomment Berkshire Jeeps to anyone interested in Jeeps.
The man at Berkshire Jeeps was a nice normal chap, some dealerships can be quite pushy but he was fine, it didn't feel like he was trying to pull a fast one on me at any point. The Jeep (touch wood) is great, it's been very reliable for 3 months now. I'd be happy to recommend Berkshire Jeeps to anybody in the market.
