Wish I could put 0 stars, bought a car from here which they claimed had recently had an MOT and been serviced. Had NO coolent, NO engine oil, tyres on backwards and wheel alignment out of legal parameters. It was DANGEROUS to drive. Also, there was a major matrix fault so no heating which was not disclosed at the point of purchase. Being a young female driver who had just passed her test with nobody who knew anything about cars to come with me, I got truly done over. I struggled with the car for months with the car constantly breaking down and leaking oil. I had to return the car to them 8 times, with the car still having major faults after these attempts to "fix" it. I had to seek mediation from the AA to enforce my consumer rights to reject the vehicle as they tried to deny responsibility. They subsequently had to allow me to reject and return the vehicle. They charged me £1000 off of what I bought for the vehicle for mileage, for the pleasure of driving a dangerous and majorly faulty vehicle with constant major issues, in the freezing cold with no heating. I have lost so much money and had so much stress from this experience. They are now selling it for profit on their website once more and I have had no apology and am majorly out of pocket, unlike them. I am disgusted by the service I have received, I hope people learn from this experience.

We recently bought a car from Berkshire Motor Company, although the car is in lovely condition we found when we brought it home that there was several problems, we knew we needed a new front tyre which we took to get replaced. The man at the garage checked the other tyres and a back tyre only had 10lbs of pressure and the valve had a split, when he took the wheel off the valve came off in his hand and the tyre had a 2 inch split, he said it had clearly been driven with a flat tyre as you could see by the rim and was quite dangerous if we had driven a long journey after collection especially as there was no spare! The 2nd key fell to bits, and several other minor problems, it also advertises 1yr free AA cover included..... we didn’t get it and have had no response when contacted. We were not given the mot cert but had to download at home and print off so you do not see any advisory’s. our own fault really as we are too trusting and a bit ‘green’ when it comes to cars
On picking my new car up at Berkshire Motor Company I wasn’t shown how any of the controls worked wasn’t asked if I’d like to test drive it bear in mind I came from Dorchester plus on driving home I noticed a crack in the windscreen now I am unable to contact them as it is under warranty so please make sure you have a good look at the car before you drive it away

If I can give zero star I will give it, Berkshire Motor Company don’t even deserved even one star.We bought the car two weeks and deliver it there no bloody seat belt all the passengers seat what the hell is that first time saw the car no seat belt.whole day trying to call them they just keep saying they will call me back they don’t even did.The car was 2985 plus delivery 59 we can’t use the charger as it doesn’t work the light wasn’t working it’s not really recommended
Brought a car from Berkshire Motor Company and I am discussed with them sold me a dangerous car and when asked to help fix the problem was told to get lost but vic the owner they where not interested in helping at all trading standards have been notified and the car sent back will be tracked from now on in the hope they won’t scam someone else out of £5k STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER I will be contacting trading standers further to make a full report on this dealership i hope that the company are shut down or one day they are going to cause someone some harm.

Hello can you please message me I brought a car 4 days ago from them & it’s already having problems. What come of your situation? I will contact the consumer ombudsman if they don’t respond after I get a full list of faults from my mechanic
It was very good experience for me. Excellent customer service, very honest with customer. I am very satisfied with Berkshire Motor Company.
Car was not as described, constant lies about the car being ready. Spoken to very poorly. Avoid Berkshire Motor Company.
I had very positive experience with Berkshire Motor Company. I found them on Autotrader when I was looking for mazda 3 I phoned them to check if it was still available and asked few questions about condition of car. Sales person on phone was very polite and answered all questions.when I turned up on day I test drive on A34 and really liked the car and eventually bought it. Very happy so far with car. Definitely recommend these guys

Terrific service from walking in through to test drive and information with honest advice. Not at all 'pushy or on you all the time giving you breathing space. Guided throughout with paperwork and fees for the car and tax.I am very happy with the car and would highly recommend.
Been sold a dangerous car that’s undrivable. Called the dealership and they didn’t want to know, we have been stitched up but luckily no one was killed! Haven’t owned the car a month yet
