Being a single mum of two and on a tight budget I was very nervous about buying a car. Not only it is a daunting experience for a female going into a car sales place, its also an important decision to make when parting with money and making sure you do get sold a car that actually suits your needs. Berkshire Specialist Cars was the perfect place for me. I was instantly put at ease by the friendly welcoming atmosphere and was offered some refreshment and a chance to talk about what I was looking for. At no point was any opinions pushed upon me and I was simply shown vehicles that fitted with my budget and needs. I ended up buying a VW Polo and it has lived up to every expectation. It's cheap to run, insure and is so reliable..which was exactly what I wanted. The car itself was in amazing condition and looked like new inside even though it was 8 years old and the price was so reasonable. When I collected the car it was gleaming and smelt amazing and I was chuffed to pieces. I will buy my next car from BSC and recommend them to everyone I meet. They are good guys! Spend your money wisely too and get down to BSC!! :-)

Do not waste your time with this so called specialist car dealer. I bought a Mercedes in good faith, I thought the car was decent, 7 days later I had various problems, issues and the boss Mr Nigel Ellis was very unhelpful and would not resolve anything, would keep avoiding any sort of resolution ! Never again !!!
