Misleading and very upsetting experience with this dealership. They've now threatened to have their lawyers come after me. It's my first time buying a car. I was assured multiple times that my £2k deposit would be refundable any time until I took delivery of the car. When I tried to cancel, they told me that the car has been built and therefore I can no longer cancel the order. I have repeatedly asked if they are trying to force me to purchase the car, or just hold my deposit. No answer -- they just say that I signed an order form so I cannot cancel the order, and their lawyers will be in touch.

Chris McGinley has taken 500 pounds off my 19 year daughter as a REFUNDABLE deposit for a 1 series. My daughter found a better deal, now over 2 weeks later he still hasn't refunded as promised., despite numerous phone calls, email and saying it will take take 5 working days.

Took my car for mot and they failed it on the number plate .Number plate was made and fitted by BMW park lane and Berry’s bmw failed it so they could sell me another corrected plate. Took to another dealer and the number plate was to specification. Never go back to Berry’s Chiswick. POOR SERVICE AND RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF.
I have experienced terrible service in the past however, this I can clearly say is the worst service on the planet, My BMW went in for a service but this was not carried out properly, on collection waring lights were still on. I had them rectify this before I left however, couple weeks later I received a call to bring the car back in as they still needed to carry out works. Tried complaining but no one responds. I am shocked at the lack of care from management!

We have had the exact same service from BMW Chiswick. Over £4K later for a burst tyre we are disgusted with the service received. Weeks in the shop, no one answers the phone, they let us drive out with a totally faulty suspension with a toddler. I will never purchase a BMW again.
I bought a car in summer of 2019 cash price and the lady, Australian sounding, was rude and kept insisting how I am paying for the car and insisted I am better of financing. She was arrogant in her approach and I ended up with a car that has a bad sound when braking. Total idiots working here and probably heavily underpaid and undereducated which is why they try to rip of customers that could probably give them a better job.

Have bought many cars from main dealers but by far this has been the worst experience ever. I only pursued with the purchase of my new vehicle because the car I purchased was the model I was after and was in the right price bracket. It took almost a month to get the car from putting down the deposit. An appointment was booked to collect the car but was on a bank holiday!!!! The warranty is 10 days behind from the day of purchase and after many attempts, this has not been rectified so I need to email head office now to get this rectified. Overall the service has been completely dissatisfactory and will never recommend Berry BMW Chiswick. This is a brief version of the overall sales process. 1st month of owning the car, the car went into my local BMW branch for repairs 3 times. If anyone is actually bothered about this feedback and wants to hear the overall feedback process, please respond to this and we can arrange for a call.

We recently purchased a car. The process of buying the vehicle was handled well. Ian helped me source a vehicle and took time listening to all our requirements. Ian was unwell at the time of collection and Bilal ensured everything as completed in due time for us to collect the car. We were taking our granddaughter to see her grandparents for the first time in months due to COVID and collection was critical for us to drive down. Great service from Bilal to ensure we could complete our trip.
