Stay away from Berry Chiswick BMW, that's all I'm Guna say
They are just interested in selling you the car. Once the money is in, you’re left without help Almost 2 months to get a spare key Arrogant useless incompetent staff at Berrry BMW Chiswick.
Berry Chiswick BMW are very quick to sell you a car with a finance deal and every insurance policy you can shake a stick at but still waiting nearly 4 months later for an answer to a problem I have with the car. Very fortunate to have a second car (NISSAN). This will be my first and last BMW.

After spending many Tens of Thousands of Pounds £’s purchasing a top of the range BMW from BMW Chiswick, I now !! realise "why" there are sooo many negative reviews on the internet on this particular dealership. I should point out , there is nothing wrong with the car I purchased or how I was treated by that one specific car salesman that sold me the car ** although “he” has now left the company!! ** The BIG problem is thee APPALLING DISREGARD with which they deliberately treat their customers “Once they Have Your Money!!!” These “supposedly” professional car floggers literally refuse to help or assist you with any advise or information or communication ** Once your purchase is complete ** Important Promised information is NEVER sent!! Many phone calls later!! over a period of weeks.. and there is STILL “no one EVER available” to speak with you!! Promised return phone calls are NEVER kept!! They basically wash their hands of you… any one dealing with these jokers should KNOW this “is” what’s coming your way if you deal with them… Needless to say although I change my BMW periodically ‘BMW CHISWICK’ will NEVER be getting any more of my money.

I was wondering whether I could speak to you about your experience with your BMW in BMW Berry Chiswick? I have had a similar experience and no one returns my calls. They ignore my emails and say no one is in when I pop round and they do nothing. My email is danbrasco@hotmail.com

Took my Bmw 1 series to Berry Chiswick Brentford for safety recall on the 19th of December 2018 and wrecked my sat nav and Radio. And i was advised its not a issue for BMW. Am not satisfied at all and am escalating my complaint. Poor work manship.
Whilst writing this I am still holding on the phone for 16 minutes trying to get Berry Chiswickj BMW to fix a fault they couldn't fix last time !!
I received excellent service at Berry Chiswick BMW buying the car from the sales man Paul Watton and the after sales gentleman David Coleman is just as great both gentlemen gave as much information as possible made us feel as we were important and and were satisfied with their answers to,our questions in my family we’ve dealt with BMW for many years now Mr Wayne Berry should be very proud of his hard working team of people who deal with such knowledge and professional approach I’m certainly coming back again guys god bless you both Paul Watton and David Coleman
Had an unfortunate mishap when buying from Berry Chiswick BWM, and Maurice really helped, went above and beyond the extra mile. It was a pleasure working with him.
Average waiting time for Berry Chiswick BMW to answer your call is about 10 - 15 mins which is very frustrating particularly if they usually ring at 5 pm to tell you they now need the car overnight . Its now 13 minutes hanging on while I write this . Absolutely USELESS . If i could take it to another dealer I would, but too far away . I have even spoken to the MD on a previous occasion but apart from a struggled apology , customer service is clearly outside his management skill set
