If you want your car wrecked, take it to BMW Berry Chiswick! I've taken my car there twice for 'safety recalls' and both times I've had problems with the exact things they worked on. They then tried to claim it was not there fault, very strange that, and It's cost me about 3K to rectify there problems. Their customer service is shocking. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid Berry BMW Chiswick, unless you are window shopping. Consistently poor service, was questioned when I entered if I had an appointment and then when I asked the price of a used X5 M50d was advised the car was sold so it doesn’t matter how much it is! Nib will not be getting my vote on salesperson of the year. Looks like Sytner win my business again.

My recent experience with Berry Chiswick BMW has been excellent. I must spend a particular word of commend for Mr Nigel Bennett, who has been extremely professional, kind and supportive with all my requests, from the test drive, the trade in of my old vehicle to the final purchase of my new car, offering invaluable advice throughout the process. Of note, Mr Bennet even gave me his personal number to call for any issues or emergencies with the new car, and actually picked up the phone on a Saturday evening to assist me, going well over the extra mile, for which I am very grateful. I have been really impressed by his professionalism, wealth of knowledge and practicality. I was constantly updated on the ordering progress via emails and video messages, and I received the utmost flexibility from their side to fit my rather hectic work schedule at all times. Every single document or change was explained to me with maximum clarity and dealing with Berry BMW Chiswick has been a seamless and pleasant experience throughout. Viewed a 330d M Sport at Berry Chiswick BMW and was so surprised at the lengths the sales advisor went in making my purchase a perfect hassle free and perfect purchase. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with welcoming smiles and excellent customer service. Syed Hussain, my sales assistant, brought the car out and let me take my time viewing it with a non rushed approach. I was not pressured into buying and the whole thing was so relaxed. I test drove the car and absolutely loved it. On viewing the car I noticed a small scuff to the front bumper and Syed went to the lengths of replacing the whole bumper for my peace of mind. That is what you call excellent service. I was happy with it being touched in but at this place, only quality will do. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish and would totally recommend this garage and especially this sales assistant Syed. Am totally satisfied with my new car and will enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you for everything.

If you're looking for good aftersales then you may want to reconsider which dealership to use. Ordered a new 5 Series which came with out the M Tech badges - took 2/3 weeks to order in then were glued on my £45k car by Stevie Wonder, uneven and glue residue on the paintwork. I then requested for boot spoiler which when ordered wasn't on the package but after release it was. BMW corp sent the approval codes for Berry to organise but then wont answer my calls or emails. Now moving my business to Barons BMW with an order of a Mini and a 1 Series !!!!
