Berry BMW Chiswick Brentford London. one of the worst BMW dealerships I have ever visited, absolutely rip off, some old ladies sitting there who will see you from top to bottom to assess how they can rip you off and for how much, rear seat bottom section of my 5 series was popping out of latch quite often, I called in to find out if fixing that locking pin is including in warranty, they said I have to drop the car to find out, later next day they called and told me the info which I already knew that the pin is bent and this is not included in the warranty, just to see that absolutely clearly visible bent pin they spent 54 minutes and charged me half an hour labour of £95. they gave me a quote to replace the locking pin for £692. I took the car to a private workshop on my road, the guy spent 5 minutes with his pliers and fixed it and charged me £15. The seats are perfectly sat and working fine, all fixed, imagine how these dealers ripping people off, stay away.

Worst BMW dealership I have come across in 30 years sold a car with issues rushed the selling proses drove the car 2 day then gave it back as it has so many issues they had it for over a month then try to give it back yo my with all the issues not sorted never will go back to these guys Avoid Please spend your hard earnt money with someone who gives good customer services

Contacted this dealer about an approved used car, once you query about part ex and finance they don’t even bother to reply to the email, clearly only interested in big profit sales with as little effort as possible, doing a marvellous job of living up the their two star rating and surprising people in there still have jobs and making the brand look bad
An absolutely appalling customer experience after purchasing a vehicle from Berry Chiswich BMW. Unresponsive, unapologetic and woeful. They promised to address a fault with a vehicle ahead of me confirming the purchase. Three months gone and still chasing them for a response and fulfilment. This dealership brings shame to the BMW brand and heritage. Avoid at all costs.

I had the misfortune to service my BMW 5 series at Berry Chiswick for the past 5 years. They are one of the worst customer service organisations I have ever dealt with. They are completely disorganised and incapable of giving accurate information. For example, they recalled the car but failed to inform me it would require two days to do the fix. They also refused to provide a courtesy car even though this is a manufacturing fault. They don't have a customer service culture - all the interactions are curt and close to arrogant. I have put up with this for way too long. I'm off to Halfords for my future servicing needs. I intend to buy another BMW but not from Berry's.

Suffice it to say I agree with all the other reviews about Berry Chiswick BMW! No stars at all from me! I honestly don't know how the hell they stay in business! They certainly won't have ours anymore!
After charging us all that money ,very poor service delivered and were extremely rude when we complained.Never using Berry Chiswick BMW again
Booked in for a service took 3 months to have a loan car available told it was £25 per day that’s where the lies started. Anyway on the day of service a car wasn’t available 😡 not happy after complaining they found a car. Was told when booking in that egr cooler recall was on my car and that it would have to be checked and that the car would be in for two days ok I thought. Two days later and the car needs egr so it’s covered under the recall but they need it for two weeks and need the loan car back and was given a hire car from enterprise they also tried to charge me for the loan car even though the second day was recall investigation. Anyway nearly 5 weeks later minus 2 days my cars ready for collection I collect car and it’s dirty looks like it’s been under a tree the hole time with the window open as there is pollen all over it inside and out and to top things off they’ve called me back because they forgot to pressure test the part that was changed. No phone call to update and when I call no answer the worst service from anywhere ever please avoid berry chiswick bmw.

I have used Park Lane BMW for many years and, generally, they've been pretty good save that recently it's become very hard to get appointments within the time frame I need (eg one month for an MOT). So I tried Berry Chiswick BMW and had a terrible experience. I found the service by Steve Stylianou and Bidimi to be amongst the worst I have ever come across. I am amazed that these guys are allowed to run a BMW franchise. Go to BMW Park Lane instead: https://www.bmwparklane.com.
