Bought used X5 from Berry Heathrow BMW Centre which was well priced for the spec. However..,,,,when I collected the car it was not fully cleaned inside and the tyres were all set at incorrect pressures with a slow puncture in the front left. First world problems, but the preparation was well below BMW standards. Feels more like a car supermarket....
Good to Very Good customer service during a purchase of Approved BMW 330d X-Drive last July/August. The ApproveD BMW rep, George Horst agreed to see me and test drive the car during WorldCup England’s game :) He was professional throughout the transaction. Well done and thank you to Berry Heathrow BMW Centre.

Agreed a price for a 420d Gran Coupe on one day, arranged to conclude paperwork etc the following day. Next morning the salesman (no names, but you know who you are) called to say "he had misheard the offer price from his boss and the price was in fact £1,000 more" ?!?! Highly dubious. Wanted the car so offered to meet the gap halfway, but despite several attempts to elicit a response to this offer they steadfastly refused to return calls etc. This includes the sales manager. Can only conclude that they were conducting an auction with another prospective buyer. Conduct not becoming of a BMW dealership, more like "Honest John's Used Car Emporium". If you want a used BMW, go somewhere else. In fact, go anywhere else other than Berry Heathrow BMW.

I think I would have got an equal if not better service from a non BMW dealer. A number of things wrong on the vehicle when viewed which meant I couldn't even test drive the car after a 110 mile pre-arranged round trip to them. Issues fixed only to return and find 2 more issues which they promised they would sort under warranty to find 4 weeks after the sales I'm still waiting. Also an alloy wheel damaged by them has been so tightly put back on that (obviously with a machine not by hand as suggested by their own standards) that the security bolt has now snapped with half in my wheel and half out. Waiting for weeks for a refund too relating to another matter with them. Berry BMW Heathrow are complete amateurs!
Was dealt with by Jordan Simms. From the start he provided an excellent service. Kept me informed of all the process and detailed the vehicle for me. I would highly recommend using Berry BMW again.
After waiting almost three months for my car from Berry Heathrow BMW i discovered that I had brought a car with a lower spec than my old one.

Hi, When ordering cars from the factory it can take some time for your vehicle to get built. Unfortunately we have no control over this time. We would like to have confirmed that we would of have provided you with an order form for you to confirm and sign.
Currently in dispute with Berry BMW as my 56 plate X3 vehicle was purchased from them less than 2.5 years ago and has had a catalogue of faults, which they deem acceptable, one of which resulted in our vehicle frighteningly completely losing power when driving with a new baby and 2yr old I'm the car. Legally pursing.
