Like everything about Bespoke Automotive, you only tend to hear about the bad, this is because the average consumer decides to take pen to paper or in this case fingers to keyboard when they feel wronged. I feel this is especially the case with the reviews on here, because my experience with the company is not far short from being perfect, with them treating me like I was a VIP from start to finish.
If you are still unsure whether or not to use this dealer, please take note that the car I bought is running great (over 1000 miles done since purchase), with it being collected in showroom condition. Any questions I may of forgot to ask at the time, big or small, have been quickly answered after the point of sale.
You cannot go wrong with Bespoke Automotive, and I cannot recommend them enough. Would use again, when the times comes for another car.

No, just a satisfied customer. In fact, I am in over a year with the car now and it runs as smooth as it did when I first bought it from these guys.

I asked the salesman at Bespoke Automotive how many months left on the MOT and they advised 12 months and told me the MOT certificate was in the glove box with the other documents. I rang the next day as the MOT Certificate wasn't there. I was told to go to my nearest MOT garage who would give me a copy. The car was poorly prepared and so I booked into my Jaguar Specialist to have some work completed. I was astonished to find out from my garage that the MOT had expired and that I had been driving the car. I telephoned the salesman and received their well rehearsed sales talk and no apology or even an offer to pay for the car to be MOT'd. I would not trust this outfit ever again when buying a car.

I wasn't allowed to test drive. I had to arrange appointment to even collect my car, said invoice and warranty would be in it, it wasn't. Chased for weeks to get a copy of the invoice, but no warranty info was included. The worst is that the transmission drops into limp home EVERY drive after 10 minutes and engine timing fault triggers EML if you rev it. XS automotive was very defensive and kept saying 'we would have a problem!' and they feel the Sales of Goods Act doesn't apply to them (hint it does). Also the alleged "warranty" is a £250 limit! That's ridiculous on a Ford let alone a Porsche. Currently progressing legal options, trading standards, smalls claim and bailiffs if necessary to recover my cash. Buying from an auction instead, its cheaper and you get time to check for faults and reject the vehicle. Worst experience I have every had in the 20+ cars bought over 30 years! Looking to dump this on WBAC if it cannot be sensibly fixed, as I wouldn't inflict on a private buyer.
Sketchy that the car was bought from XS Automotive in Ware, yet the invoice is Bespoke Automotive at this address ??!!!???
****UPDATE**** Now has a serious engine fault 1000 miles from purchase !!!!!!!!!!

Everything went well at Bespoke Automotive. The guy there wasn't bad to deal with, seemed helpful and nice enough. The car wasn't clean when I went to pick it up but the interior was in good condition. The car also seemed correctly priced! I recommend!

The overall experience at Bespoke Automotive LTD was very good. The Jaguar I bought from them was clean and as described. I PX my old car and they gave me a price that I thought was about right. I did have a minor issue with the car but I sorted it myself. Was 100 mile drive to get there but worth it in the end, I would recommend them.

I am very happy with my experience at Bespoke Automotive! I would highly recommend. I bought a BMW from this dealership in April and the service was exceptional. The car has had no issues at all and I am very happy with the service and value for money.
