I bought a used car from best cars in the first week of november. These guys are really good n helpfull. Treated me like a brother. Very good customer service. Only one thing that still i m waiting for my V5c as it will be 4 week next monday, but other than that they r the best as there name is best.

We bought a Polo, we paid for the car and arranged to collect it 1 week later after being told the car would be checked by a mechanic. The car had the ABS warning light on when we collected it in June. Best Cars have not agreed to fix this even though we have contacted them several times. This is an MOT failure and will cost £300 to fix. The car also has 3 slow punctures. They did not even check the oil as we had to fill it up almost straight away.

The two gentlemen at Best Cars were really nice and very helpful, they answered all my questions and would definitely recommend them because of this. I found this dealership when i came across the Volkswagen golf i wanted on AutoTrader. I had no issues at all.

The Mercedes I bought from Best Cars was definitely good value money. I did have an issue with the car but they sorted it out quickly. i would recommend this dealership!

I bought a car from best Cars not too long ago and it's pretty much a write off already. I have had numerous issues with it, so many that it would be more expensive to fix than what I paid for it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

The car I purchased form this dealership appeared to match its description at a glance but it turns out there was quite a lot wrong with it. The car had supposed to have been service but it definitely hadn't been. The tyres were balled, the headlights were dead and the oil needed changing.
