We are having problems with getting this company to speak to us with regard to a refund. We have always " just missed him" and he is opening. but not replying to emails. Shoddy customer service and unprofessional

My family had same problem. The day after car broke and he will not reply. Stay clear
Like the previous review,the dealer was not impressed when he found out we were buying the car on finance and not with cash. The car itself is good value for money as we managed to get the price down by quite a bit,but the dealer came across bit intimidating.

I dont really know if i would recommend from here, i had the feeling that the man who dealt with me and my mrs looked down on us for not using his finance. We did a lot of research on the car and found a great price so on that side we had a great deal. We just really didnt feel we were treated that well, but like i say the car is perfect so on that side we re really happy
