Would highly recommend this garage. The problems I had were sorted and dealt with promptly and efficiently. Simon was great and was really friendly and helpfull. Fab cars st great prices.

I recently bought a car from Best Trading and am very pleased with it. The garage owner was very professional and polite and he dealt with the sale himself from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them as a garage to my friends. He also had no problem taking my car in part exchange. 5 stars!!

I had been looking for a car for a long time but couldn’t find anything that either wasn’t in a state or was massively overpriced. I came across a Jaguar Xtype on autotrader and decided to check it out. They kept the garage open later than normal so I could come down and see the car, the car was in good condition and they explained they hadn’t had an opportunity to clean it properly as it had only just come in. I accepted this was probably the case as all the other cars on the lot were shiny and had been valeted really nicely. I was given a look at the car and allowed to test drive it with no hassle over where I could or couldn’t drive it. Some places don’t let you drive on 40/50MPH roads and you can’t feel if there are problems with the transmission. Best Trading had confidence in their car and let me drive on a variety of roads so I could get a feel for the vehicle. The car, while not expensive was a big investment for me as I am not a high earner, I just needed a reliable car. After paying for the car I walked out of the office to find that the key fobs hadn’t been programmed. Gary (the salesman) offered to refund the car on the spot (with no pressure or hassle) or offered that I could leave the keys with him and he would try to get them working or would replace them. Gary at cost to himself ordered the new chip boards online and fitted them himself and also programmed the keys for me. I think Gary is a trust worthy, honest guy and I liked his non-pushy sales style. There was another salesman there who I believe is the garage owner. I would advise to avoid him as he tried to tell me the car was more valuable than it was (glass price) and that he had other buyers lined up to buy it, etc. essentially he hasn’t updated his sale style since the 80’s he kept saying he was in a rush and constantly trying to add pressure to close the deal quickly. He had advertised the car with 2,000 less miles than it had on it and 2 months less MOT than stated. As long as you avoid that guy you should be fine though! Basically find Gary and get him to arrange a car for you, what a legend! Gary confirmed for me the non-garage price, talked about the pros and cons of the specific car and arranged a warranty for the vehicle. After buying the car I had my mechanic check it out and he confirmed the car was in good condition and the car sailed through with no advisories. In essence I would recommend using this garage as their cars are in good condition and they care for them well. Just try and deal with Gary he’s friendly, hard-working, honest and an all-round pleasure to do business with.

We are having problems with getting this company to speak to us with regard to a refund. We have always " just missed him" and he is opening. but not replying to emails. Shoddy customer service and unprofessional
