Really happy with my experience purchasing from Better value cars! I have dealt with them before selling cars but this is the first time purchasing. I can not pick a fault in Better Value cars even if I tried! The service provided was so professional! Every single car on site was obviously up to a specific standard and there was not one there that was of a low standard in the slightest. It is so nice to see a dealer who takes pride in what they do and ensure you receive the highest standard. Top spec, low mileage, extremely clean condition. I literally looked all over the country for a better one and nothing matched up. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone! 5 star service without a doubt!

What an effortless experience! I bought the car online and got it delivered. The chaps down at Better Value Cars were really nice. The car is perfect, I have owned the same car before but this was even better! I would highly recommend to anyone my M2 faultless, and the service was second to none!

I chose the car I wanted before going to view it. The pictures did not disappoint when I got down there. Everything was great from start to finish. The process was so quick and easy as it was all perfect so it was literally just a case of paying for the car and driving away. It has been perfect since I purchased it and i could not be happier. If I was to describe the car is a few short words: fast, frightening, exciting and adrenaline. I absolutely love it. I can't get enough of it, every opportunity - I'm out and about driving it. I purchased a BMW M2, and I can't fault it what so ever. Its amazing. Paul was really good, he was nice, polite and there was no pressure at all. It was a straight forward transaction, made very easy and smooth by Paul. I highly recommend Better Value Cars Cardiff - mainly for the high spec/quality cars the sell and also for the outstanding and admirable customer service. They know how to sell cars properly and keep the customer happy.
