Overall this is the 3rd car that I have bought in the last 2 years from Lewis at better value cars and I have never had better service from any other garage or dealership! He couldn’t do more for me as a customer!! There were no issues to big and he was extremely professional and service was always with a smile! Since purchasing my first car from him I have suggested his garage to many friends and family who in turn have all told me how great service they’ve received! I’ll never buy a car from anywhere else as he has such a range of cars! The car I purchase was perfect! In an amazing condition! And a lot cheaper compared to other I have seen online!

I have no complaints, bought my first car from Better Value Cars, dealt with Lewis around November 2017, I fancied something different that he had in stock, popped back in to see him in December, he took the car back, Traded it in and in no time I left with my new car, All issues were resolved as promised. Highly recommended and happy with the service I was given. I will be visiting in the near future again.

Saw a Suzuki Swift on the forecourt and took it for a test drive. All seemed ok except the front passenger door electric window did not work. Lewis said he would have the window fixed and we agreed on the purchase. When I returned to collect the car the window was still not fixed. he said he would send a mechanic to my house to fix the car after the bank holiday. When nothing happened I telephoned Best Value Cars at least a dozon times asking for him to phone me. Despite is assistant answering my calls he has still not contacted me. Disappointed by his broken promises.

Looked around first and they stood out offerring a great low mileage car, We were looked after from the first minute - collected from the station and when the car wasn't ready taken to lunch! Lewis listened and has gone out of his way to sort out any little issues. Would not hesitate to recommend for a good value and proper dealer service.

After looking around many dealers, i found the better value car website and decided to pop down to look at a Mazda 2, when arriving i was greeted with a warm welcome, i will given as much time as i liked looking around the car and wasn't pressured into making a decision. The var was great value for money and have had no problems. Would definitely recommend Better Value Cars! 5 stars!!

After visiting several other dealerships, it was very refreshing to be able to shop for a vehicle in a low pressure environment. Lewis was exceptionally helpful in trying to find me a suitable vehicle, and it felt like there was a genuine desire to help and find something I would be happy with, as opposed to trying to sell me on something. He was also happy to leave me alone to browse and test drive. All of the staff I encountered were personable and easy to deal with, and you can tell that there is a positive work ethos in the company, and the staff take pride in their work. I actual offered to leave a deposit, and he declined the offer and was happy to reserve the vehicle for a few days on the strength of a verbal agreement, which was a notable contrast to the pressure to leave a deposit I had experienced elsewhere. I was given his mobile number so that if there were any issues when I came back, he would be able to rectify them, and he responded promptly to a couple of enquiries I sent over before picking the car up. In addition to responding, he was obviously keen to make sure that any possible issues I raised were looked at and resolved, and obviously had a passion for providing good service. When I was ready to collect, I was offered a lift from the train station, along with a coffee on arrival, and they even gave the car a new MOT. I have worked in sales and customer service, and it is rare that I am impressed in a sales environment, but my expectations were suitable surpassed. I highly recommend Better Value Cars!
