Getting on great with my latest Ford Fiesta. I’ve had Fiestas for as long as I can remember and have bought from Dominic at BFC previously. My experience this time around was as good as always, and I’m really happy with everything so far. Thanks to the team for always delivering 5-star service.

The vehicle I bought from BFC is great, but I had it for a week and someone keyed it 😭 so need to get the paint job sorted. Overall experience is 8 and the 2 sales Guys I dealt with were amazing kind friendly and helpful.

Lemar and Dominic has been great in the purchase of my Touran, they had a good level of customer service and that carried on post sale, when a sound was coming from my breaks they sorted this out with no questions asked. I'm really happy and would buy from them again - hopefully not for a while thou!

Once again I have had a great experience with Berkshire Fiesta Centre. They are helpful and make the buying process very quick along with being pleasant to deal with. The dogs are loving the a Ford, and happy to report no issues.

The buying experience from BFC Motor-group rating would be a 5. The car salesman, Lemar, came across as to want to help rather than trying to push a sale, listened to what I was saying and gave me the info needed on the car with a very polite, informative manner. The communication between BFC and myself was good, it was over the Christmas/New year period, so aware of the reduced holiday hours possibly affecting this. So overall, a well deserved 5. I would recommend BFC to people.

So far everything with my Audi Q3 has been all good, I haven't had any issues with it at the moment. Just like the car the customer service from BFC Motor-Group was great and I've got no problems to report.
