Really enjoying the Ford Fiesta Would give my experience five stars.

Can't fault the dealership. The communication was brilliant, they gave detailed explanations about the car and held the car for us, which we appreciated, and the Dacia Duster has been really good ever since buying the car.

The Honda CR-V I purchased from BFC Motor Group has been super, I'm really happy with it. Everything at the dealership was excellent.

My mum bought a car through BFC previously and they were so good with her I thought, you know, why not go with them. Due to me getting a new job I needed a new car for the longer commute the Volkswagen Polo I got is amazing the only issue I had was with the gear box but that’s all sorted and its all good. Dominic who I dealt with was so good honestly amazing!

BFC were lovely when I went down to buy my Audi A1, I mentioned the tyres having low tread and they were happy to put four new tyres on for me and they polished out the scratches, so I was really happy with that! The only issue I've had was the light comes up every week on one of the tyres and I have to fill it up with air but it’s not their fault I think I will just get a new tyre, everything with the dealership was super friendly I didn’t feel pressured at all!

I absolutely love the Mitsubishi Mirage from BFC, it was the right car at the right price, low mileage and a reputable dealer, there was a issue on inside the bonnet some cap hadn’t been screwed down properly and there wasn’t a jack but my husband sorted it, my overall experience was excellent, there was also a lot more fuel in the car than I expected!

BFC was very close to where I was going to be living, and the Tesla 3 was the right price, the video they had of it was that won it for me. The staff were all very accommodating!

they have resolved my issues. I'd rate it a 4, as they did over complicate at the beginning with my issue which meant a lot more back and forth but in the end the problem was sorted. Thanks

Dominic was amazing at answering all my questions he was brilliant. I had a look on the BFC website, and they had the Ford I was looking for. We are so happy with the experience that my daughter was looking for another car and we recommended BFC. five stars 😊
