I must say the experience I had at this dealership was faultless. Nothing was too much bother for them and they looked after me from the moment I walked onto their forecourt until I left with our new Ford Focus. It is taking me a little bit of time to get use to my Ford Focus and all the gadgets but I love it to bits, it is a cracking little car.

He is very knowledgeable, friendly and he always goes the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. He listens to my needs and preferences and he helps me find the perfect car for me. He also explains everything clearly, patiently and he answers all my questions without any pressure or hassle. I am best impressed to say the least. The customer service really stood out to me, the approach they had was brilliant and I can't thank the sales person enough for being so helpful and thorough from start to finish. The sale was easy and straightforward with no messing around. There was no pushiness, I had as much time as I needed and I liked that! I would recommend Berkshire Fiesta to all and I will 100% be back!

Shaun was brilliant, he was really friendly, knowledgeable, took on board my concerns, sorted them out for me and kept intouch. I had a little bit of an issue with the finance on my car and I could not find the paperwork for it because I was in a rush so I called Shaun to see if he had the number for the finance company and he took his time to ask someone and get this for me which he did not have to do. He went above and beyond to help me and i'm chuffed to bits with the Ford B Max which I bought from Berkshire Fiesta Centre, it is a great little car and in mint condition.

I have dealt with this company a couple of times and l have never found a more trust worthy company than BFC guys there are fantastic l just recently brought a vauxhall vivaro box van 61k on the clock runs like a dream no issues the same goes for my wife's car so am more than happy to leave this review many thanks to all of the guys from BFC . I went to Berkshire Fiesta Centre as I was in serious need of a new car! I found a little Peugeot 108 which was within my budget and it's a really lovely car, super good on fuel too! I use it daily, have put quite a few miles on and haven't had any issues. Really happy with my car and how nice the team are! I think it was Shaun I dealt with and his customer service was excellent.

I have been looking for a Ford Kuga for a long time, I had a Qashqai before and I was let down by it on multiple occasions. I fell in love with the Kuga when I sat in the back of my Granddads and realized how nice, comfortable and spacious it is in the back, having two kids these are all important things I look for in a car. I found a really nice one at Berkshire Fiesta Centre, Johan was really really patient with both me and my two kids, helped me source the finance which I didn't think I would get and the customer service in store was just amazing. I couldn't be happier with the car and have been left really satisfied by the whole experience. I will definitely be sending friends and family your way and will be back if I need to change. Worth noting, I had a small issue with the locking, Johan told me to bring the car back and they looked into this straight away for me.

Upgrading from a Hyundai Coupe to a BMW 1 Series has taken some getting used to. I love the power, its a really nice, comfortable drive, looks smart too. Everything has been really good with the car and I have no cause for concern so far, it performs exactly as expect. Johan dealt with me for the most part, he was really nice, explained everything to me and helped with the finance side of things. I am really happy with everything and will recommend Berkshire Fiesta Centre.

Me and my partner have dealt with Berkshire Fiesta Centre and the service they offer is levels above. Johan picked me up from the train station as I live a good 270 miles away, he was welcoming and offered great conversation all the way to see my new car. I was originally looking at a 14 reg Ford Kuga but it sold a little quicker than I hoped. They had another 64 reg which actually turned out to be better specked, it had the parking assist and various things like this which the other didn't have. I believe the Ford Kuga is the best value for money, all round family car, it has plenty of space in the back, it's comfortable and exceptionally good on fuel. 10/10, excellent, customer focused approach which I really liked and I will be sure to buy another car from them in future.
