I love my Ford Fiesta. Domonic and Lemar were both polite and professional and made me feel comfortable buying my car from them. A solid five-star experience from beginning to end.

I recently purchased a car from BFC Motor Group in Reading and whilst the car wasn't the right fit for me (totally no fault of the dealership), the entire experience was still fantastic. Lemar was so down-to-earth and genuine which is hard to find in sales these days. Without hesitation, they agreed to swap my original choice of vehicle for a Nissan Pulsar, and it's much, MUCH better. Lemar really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. We even brought the team some biscuits as a thank-you (and trust me, I never hand out biscuits!). I can’t recommend BFC Motor Group enough. They really care about their customers!

I’ve had no issues with my Tesla so far - fingers crossed I don’t jinx it! Honestly I’m not sure what could go wrong with an electric car, but I’m feeling pretty confident in my decision. Very impressed with both the car and the service so I've no complaints.

I’m really pleased with my new VW Polo. The staff at the dealership were fantastic and made me feel really welcome. I was able to take the car for a test drive on the day I bought it which was helpful to get a bit of a feel for it.
