I found this dealership very helpful and accommodating. Through-out the sale I was well looked after, the process was smooth and easy, I cant really fault at all. I had a light come on the dash and I contacted the dealership, they booked me in straight away for it to be looked out, without question - I was surprised, but very grateful! Very impressed with how Berkshire Fiesta Centre handled the sale, they were very efficient and professional, Johan was really good, very helpful and straight talking. After the purchase, we relied on the after sales care too - I took the car back with a minor issue and it was resolved that same morning, I was so very pleased, it was Gary in the service department that sorted the issue, he was great, very much on the ball and got it sorted in no time. I bought the car for my Son as he's learning to drive, he is absolutely made up with the car.

My Husband and I went to Berkshire Fiesta Centre to view a Hyundai i10, it was a cracking little car at a great price, I initially thought I was would snap it up as soon as I saw it, . I was a nightmare and changed my mind when I was there after seeing a lovely Fiat 500. They went to every effort to get the car test drivable for me, it hadn't been prepped or anything so I was very grateful they allowed me to look and test drive it. The customer service was amazing through-out they really looked after me and my indecisiveness. I absolutely love the Fiat 500, I'm so so glad I chose this one. I was shocked to realise this dealership was where it is. I drive past daily and only really noticed them when I saw a car up on the ramp one day passing. I liked the look of the car and had to go and find out more. I was so surprised to see the exact Mitsubishi I wanted... I wasn't in need of a new car but Id been keeping my eyes peeled as I was highly interested in this model. I had to call in, I dealt with Dominic who was very open to me viewing etc, even when the car wasn’t fully prepped. The car has only just come in so Dominic was relaying all the information and findings to me, really helpful guy. We discussed a few niggles the car had and within 2 days all was sorted and the car was ready for me. I was absolutely amazed when I saw it again and it was fully ready for me! It looked incredible. When I collected the motor I dealt with Johan as Dominic was out, Johan was very thorough with the hand over and filled me with reassurance. There was no headache, no hassle and the whole experience was enjoyable and exciting.
