I was very pleased with how I was treated and I would have absolutely no hesitations in going back and recommending further. I found a lovely car and I know a bargain when I see one. The car I wanted had been sold previously through Berkshire Fiesta Centre and back as a part exchange, so the boys knew the car and its history. There was a various bits of work that needed doing, scratches, spare wheel etc. They put brand new tyres on, serviced, MOT and got the jobs sorted prior to collection. The lad who handed over the car was very friendly, talked us through everything, a very through and personable service through-out. The car is fantastic, no problems at all, I'm made up with it and can't recommend this place highly enough.

We are returning customers to Berkshire Fiesta centre, we trust the garage and we trust what we are buying, the staff are incredibly helpful and courteous - so why would we risk going elsewhere? If we ever have a problem we just go back and they sort it out there and then, its usually techy problems, connecting phones etc - we aren't up to speed with it all, but he lads at the office are and always help us out. Customer service at BFC is absolutely amazing, I would be happy to refer any friend or family member here.

I have just collected my 3rd car from Berkshire Fiesta, firstly I would not go back to a business if I wasn't 100% happy and confident in them. Berkshire Fiesta Centre is the only place I would buy a car from. I dealt with Johan who was extremely helpful, he was amazing. There wasn't a single thing he didnt know about the car, and every single question I asked was answered in detail. The staff are really really good and will look after you - I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing dealership, especially Gary in the service department. I bought a car and 2 weeks after the car just wasn't right, I took the car back and they worked hard to find the fault and fix it, and very quickly. I cant fault how Berkshire Fiesta Centre handled and resolved the issue, they were absolutely fantastic with me through-out. I'm over the moon with the car now its back on the road. Everybody went above and beyond to get me back in the car and I cant thank them enough.

I have bought 5 cars from Berkshire Fiesta Centre and I'd like to think I would continue shopping here for cars for years to come. I actually went down to their showroom when the covid restrictions lifted to ask some questions on my current car I had bought from them, and as we walked in we saw a stunning motor sat there, clean, shiny, looking at me, it was perfect. I had to buy it, there was no way I was leaving without it, so a trip to get something on my car answered resulted in part exchanging and taking a lovely new car home. The chaps down here are absolutely fantastic, they will do what they can to get you what you want. I wouldn't recommend a business if I wasn't 100% confident in them, but I highly recommend Berkshire Fiesta Centre.
