Perfect customer service here, very polite and helpful. I found a Caddy online and nothing was too much trouble, I contacted them and they gave me all the details I needed, sounded great. There was no issues, no drama what so ever a very straight forward and pain free procedure. Very pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Berkshire Fiesta centre

I am very happy with my new car, I bought a Ford Focus and everything is great with it, its been taken to be cleaned since lockdown lifted and it looks brand new again. The dealership team were great, very attentive and very good communication displayed through-out.

I had been speaking to the salesman over the phone and email about the car I wanted to buy and they gave me all the details and information up front, answered all my questions and queries and offered delivery or collection. I choose to collect the car, when I got there it was all ready for me, it was very nice and clean. Customer service over phone and email was fantastic and when I went to collect the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Top notch customer service + great car purchase = 1 very happy customer!

Berkshire Fiesta Centre comes with my recommendation, the staff, car and service was just incredible from the start. They talked me through everything, explained all the details and the steps etc, really really informative and helpful. They helped me through the finance and the paperwork too, it was stress-free, easy and quick. I love the car and can't fault the dealer, highly recommend.
