This is the first time I have used this dealership. I was looking to buy a new car and I was recommend to Berkshire Fiesta Centre by someone that services are older cars. Shaun who was the salesman that looked after me was spot on, he always replied to any emails I sent him and answered any questions that I had and it went very smoothly when I picked up the car. The Ford Fiesta runs like clockwork and is an enjoyable drive, i'm over the moon with it. I would definitely use these again and recommend them to anyone I know that is wanting to buy a car.

My husband got a car from Berkshire Fiesta Centre in Reading a while ago and he had a fantastic experience with them and the car that he bought from them was so reliable so we decided to go back there to get my car off them recently. Nothing has changed and the service again was outstanding, Dominic who was our allocated sales person was very informative and he knew his stuff about the cars he was selling. I have been a customer of Berkshire Fiesta Centre for many years now and bought a few cars off them in the past and the service from them has always being phenomenal. They have always looked after me very well during and after my purchases and they have always made me feel very welcome at their dealership. Hands down, one of the best, easiest and very well informed journeys I have had buying a car. The whole staff at this place were really nice and greet you with a smile on their faces. Really great guys down here! We turned up off the cuff to have a little nosy at what stock Berkshire Fiesta Centre had in stock. We saw the Ford Kuga and could't leave without it... I thought it was really good of Shaun to give us the time of day that he did. He helped us out massively and made the spontaneous experience run very smoothly. We turned up, asked some questions and bought the car that day. Bish bash bosh.. as easy as that!
