I had been speaking to the salesman over the phone and email about the car I wanted to buy and they gave me all the details and information up front, answered all my questions and queries and offered delivery or collection. I choose to collect the car, when I got there it was all ready for me, it was very nice and clean. Customer service over phone and email was fantastic and when I went to collect the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Top notch customer service + great car purchase = 1 very happy customer!

Berkshire Fiesta Centre comes with my recommendation, the staff, car and service was just incredible from the start. They talked me through everything, explained all the details and the steps etc, really really informative and helpful. They helped me through the finance and the paperwork too, it was stress-free, easy and quick. I love the car and can't fault the dealer, highly recommend.

I have actually used Berkshire Fiesta Centre in the past and I'd dealt with Johan, he was really helpful and never once rushed or pushed me into the sale. When I wanted to upgrade I contacted the dealer, I was pleased to hear Johan was still working there, and again he helped me buy another lovely reliable car. Its perfect, I'm really happy with it. Johan really looked after me, the customer service was very good, even though it was very strange buying a car through a lockdown.

I used Berkshire Fiesta Centre a few years back and bought a Vauxhall Insignia, I loved the car and certainly had my moneys worth out of it, but it was diesel and not practical anymore, I have a work car now and it wasn’t going to be used daily, only smaller trips really. I wanted to change for a petrol. I contacted the dealer and enquired on another Insignia they had in (petrol). I explained the situation and they said they would have the diesel back as a trade in. When I called, Johan was so helpful he took all the details of both my car and the car I wanted, he gave me some options as I was still in a finance agreement. He was great. Once the finance was in place and the car was ready Johan called to arrange collection – I really liked that everything was on my terms, he worked around me and everything suited my schedule. I wanted the car ASAP, and they soon got it sorted for me, worked very quickly. I can’t fault the customer service at all, I never felt uneasy, it was very laid back and enjoyable, no pressure. Johan really looked after me, he dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and was so polite and nice to deal with. I will do the same next time I want to upgrade, trade this in and buy another from Berkshire Fiesta Centre, stick to what I know. Very happy with the Insignia, its brand new too so very very nice to drive, smooth and comfortable. I came across this dealership when searching online for a new car. I found a few but the one with Berkshire Fiesta Centre was by far the best value, it was newer, less mileage and come with a fresh MOT and service, it was a no brainer! I spoke to the dealer and organised collection, when I got there the car looked so much better than the photos, it was really clean and inside had been cleaned thoroughly too. It was quick and easy to collect and the hand over was done smoothly. I did have an issue not so long after buying, but the dealer resolved this straight away, very happy with how it was all handled.

I have used this dealer for many many years, I think my recent Ford Edge purchase will make it the 11th car from Berkshire Fiesta Centre. I certainly wouldn't have returned so many times if the cars weren't spot on, and if the customer service wasn't excellent. But every time I've bought or been in contact they have been absolutely brilliant and never had issues with the cars I've purchased. The chaps are great, have helped me so many times, not just with purchases, with little niggles, advice, recommending etc. Just all round nice lads, who really will help you. The Edge is perfect, very pleased with it, its lovely to run and very cost efficient. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Wow. Blown away with the efforts Johan went to to help me buy my new car. He was brilliant through-out, extremely helpful, very friendly and had lots of useful information and advice. He displayed perfect customer service and even chucked some free car mats in at the end, that topped it for me. I collected the car a few days after buying, it was ready on time nice and clean. I've used the car daily since buying and its been nothing but perfect. I am totally in love with my new car!!! I had a a Renault Clio and through no fault of my own it was written off, I was absolutely gutted, I only had it for 2 months and I loved it so much! I decided to go for the same car, just newer, and now I have it - I am just soo happy with it, its 2019 edition so like brand new. The car is lovely to drive, its really smooth and very comfortable. The dealer was superb, really helpful and friendly. I didnt have to do much at all, it was all hands on deck at the dealership and they got it all sorted really quickly for me, they were really nice to deal with. The Clio was delivered professionally and quickly and on time. I'm made up with the car, and all the help the dealer gave me, I will certainly recommend them to others.
