After a brilliant experience with BFC Motor Group a few years ago, I was keen to return when I needed an upgrade. This time, I dealt with Sean, who was fantastic. He explained the new process thoroughly and answered all my questions, putting me at ease. Since getting the car, I have been overjoyed with it. It's smooth on the road and incredibly easy to drive. The Corsa I had for my first car started to have some issues, and when I took it to the garage, they told me the car had about two weeks left, so I was desperate to get a new one. I have never had to buy a car myself before, so I didn't really know what to expect, but I called up the Berkshire Fiesta Centre and explained my situation, and they were really understanding and reassuring. I opted for a Ford KA, and the guys at the dealership were honest, informative, and made the whole process really quick. I cannot thank the team enough for being so supportive throughout, and when I am next looking to upgrade my car, I will be going straight back to them. 

My online search led me to BFC Motor Group, who were advertising a Ford Fiesta that met all the requirements I had for my new car. When I arrived at the dealership, the staff greeted me and allowed me to look around the forecourt without any pressure to make a decision, which I massively appreciated. I was blown away by the Ford Fiesta, and the team was great when it came to answering all my questions, and throughout my time at the dealership, they were friendly and approachable. When it came to collecting the car, I didn't have to wait; it was already there waiting for me, and it was evident it had been freshly valeted, which made the car look outstanding. Easy 5 stars 

I'm very happy with my Renault Megane that I bought from this seller. It is a great little runner and gets me from A to B without any hiccups. The staff were all really friendly and always happy to offer a helping hand if it was needed.
