I brought a car from big motoring world last week on the Friday. Unfortunately on the Friday evening I found my passenger side seat didn’t move. The salesman, who had been very pushy on the warranty, had assured me that if I took out a warranty I would be able to take it to a main dealer for any problems for the next year (I took out a years warranty). Low and behold, despite the car being sold to me with this issue and being assured this car was to show room standard, I am now UNABLE to take my car to Peugeot to get this fixed due to the hourly cost of repairs from main dealer being over the threshold the warranty company is prepared to pay. Big motoring world advised me to take my car to a VAT registered garage, which I did, however they told me it was not an issue they were able to fix and I needed to go to a main dealer. With the warranty refusing to pay, my only option now is to take a day off work and drive 1 hour each way to the local big motoring world service centre, which will mean losing a day of income, which I will not be reimbursed. I would not buy from this company again, 15.5k later - pushy salesman mis selling products on cars that have issues as soon as you drive out.

BMW 4 series Gran Coupe - LC20MDE FIRST - On a pre-booked appointment, it took 4 painful hours to purchase the car. SECOND - When I drove the car away the engine management light was on. Took it back before I left the yard & they just turned the light off & said it was fine...if there was a problem I could just claim on my guarantee policy which I purchased from them! They obviously just wanted rid of the car & it was then someone else's fault! THIRD - Next day asked for a refund as engine management light came back on. They made it extremely difficult; wouldn't speak to me & wanted email only, saying response time could take up to a week to acknowledge my return request. Meanwhile, I paid for a private diagnostic test & found out there was multiple problems with the vehicle for the past 10,000 miles! FOURTH - I did eventually get a refund but it cost me tens of hours of hassle THEY TURNED THE ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT OFF & KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A FAULTY CAR !!! BEWARE !!!

I bought a car from here and it has broken done twice, it has the possibility of needing a new engine, the warranty does not cover this on a car the i had only owned for 6 months when it broke down for the 2nd time, it has taken 4 months for the warranty company to say its not a claim, they sell cars/warranty that are not fit for purpose, they have committed so many consume rights violations. i have had to take legal advise on the issues that i have had and i am currently trying to send the car back, look at the facebook reviews and people complaining on there

Do not buy a car from big motoring world. I reported that the brakes were juddering 6 days after buying the car. They said they could get it looked at 9 weeks later, I then asked if I could return the car by email, no reply to that point. They then cancelled the booking two day before saying our nearest service centre is out of action. A local garage has said the brake system is extremely rusty (calipers, brake discs and pads) they’ve been giving me the run around regarding getting it fixed and say I don’t have any right to reject as there are serviceable repairs. They’ve offered a fraction of what a garage says it costs to repair. They also claimed to not keep any records of their 200 point check.

Visited this place to buy an advertised 2019 Jeep Compass, looked around the vehicle which had scratches all over, damage off side rear where paint was missing and rust blisters from a poor repair, trim poorly put back on also, rear speaker in the boot had sand/muck in it! Took a look inside and there was spray paint on interior trim and seat leather, asked if they could do it cheaper as it could be an easy repair and was told "No this is the market value"!

We bought a 2020 Kia Sportage model vehicle on March 10. We bought the car using a loan, and a discount was made on the sale, which was reflected in the monthly installments as £15. A discount of 15X48 months, i.e. 720 pounds, was made. But later we realized that there was no discount and if we had accepted the first offer, we would have paid more than the market price for the car. We bought their own product, Gard X (paint polish insurance), insure the vehicle. But at the end of the first week, we decided that this insurance was unnecessary and wanted to cancel it. But they said that this insurance was assigned to the vehicle, so they could not cancel it. However, they did not inform us about this before the sale of the vehicle. Before the sale, we were told that the vehicle's 7-year warranty offered by Kia continued for another three years. But after the sale, we learned that since the vehicle had never been to the Kia service, this car was actually largely out of the scope of this warranty. In addition to these problems, we saw that the company whose professionalism we initially trusted did not act professionally at all, and that the service provided quickly and professionally when purchasing the vehicle did not continue after the vehicle was sold. We had difficulty finding an interlocutor throughout the process, and we still have difficulty. Unfortunately, we have completed the sales transaction, which we could have abandoned if we had received accurate information about the Kia warranty and service status before the sale. We later learned that we were deceived and even tricked regarding the price offer. It was a very bad experience for us.

I bought a faulty car and they would not pay for it to be fixed fully or have any slot to fix it. They sell shoddy cars. There. Is a whole Facebook group dedicated to issues - please do not get ripped off.

I've been calling all day After trying several times and on hold forever I managed to speak to somebody I was asked to wait for 48 hours before someone calls me i have a serious safety issue with car they don't care about your safety all they want is your money. I asked for manager can't put you through typical excuses. I will never, ever go back to them again and I am returning the car I do not recommend buying a car from them unless you have all time in the world chasing them forever and you don't care your safty then you can go any buy from them. Plus pay attention you may get ripped off Like me. They were pushing me to buy GARDX for car paint protection. I refused to buy one then they came up with an offer for £98.00 only I decided to buy it for £98.00 later when I checked I was charged £665.00 for GARDX.
