I bought a Renault Clio and immediately noticed the car was pulling to the left. I returned within 5 minutes and was told I could fix this anywhere at their cost. My local mechanic declared the car dangerous and unroadworthy with multiple serious faults and not to drive it. I tried to get them to collect the car, they made excuses about Covid and said the 7 day return only applies to click and collect – although there is no such information on their website, in fact it clearly states without disclaimer this is a guarantee. I can return it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, yet nobody with any authority will speak to me or authorize this. They promise calls and don’t deliver. The car would not pass any real mechanical inspection as I identified 2 major faults in 2 miles of driving. Do not buy here. They just buy at auction and sell on at a profit. There is no assurance to be gained in their supposed after sales service. Search reviews, you’ll find many pleased with their buys, but also anyone who has a problem meets a brickwall of denial and refusal. Avoid this company.
