Wouldn’t recommend, awful services and even worse after care services! They make you buy gard x for £665 when probably worth £50! I said I didn’t want it and they said it had been applied to the car already so refused refund! The car was filthy and wasn’t cleaned properly and they “applied” this stuff over it! Very bad services they couldn’t give a shit about you and will add loads of extras sneakily! Wouldn’t recommend! Been through a month of hell trying to sort this out and they don’t even listen to you, I regret going here and purchasing the car! It was very rushed and I felt under pressure as they are very pushy and confusing! If I could I would give zero stars!

When I got home I realised the car was filthy and wasn’t even cleaned properly and they “applied” this stuff over it! The product did something to the front car seat as it didn’t look that way before they applied it and they covered it with a plastic sheet and said “it’s still drying” when we took the plastic off it had stained it! Shambolic hire and fire company .They keep hiring 18 year olds to save paying higher wages to older more experienced staff..Unfortunately as a result the company has ended up with issues of immature behaviour in the offices .poor customer services et .
Don't Be Penny Wise and Pound Foolish - FM15NFZ The Nightmare began when I reserved the 2015 Volvo XC90 ( FM15 NFZ ) online by paying £99 and then went to the enfield branch to see the car and paid another £401 to make it £ 500 as a confirm purchase , Car had NO DASH BOARD WARNING LIGHTS , after hours of hard sell of extended warranty , paint protection and gap insurence from them I managed to get away and close the deal with just the gap insurence . I was suppose to pay and collect the car within same week but when I read some of the online reviews I decided to hire a 3rd party pre purchase vehicle inspection company to inspect the car before I make the remaining payment . Guess what ? the inspection report came that the car has more than 4 serious faults and 2 minor faults that will effect the engine and transmision that can cause major safety hazards anytime . These faults will cost at least £ 2000 to fix from volvo dealership . 1. TCM-P06066B Control Module Processor. Algorithm Based Failures. Event information . DIESEL ENG (Fuel System/Combined System) 5 problems exist 2 . DIESEL ENG-PO34192 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 Or Single Sensor). Component Failures. Performance Or Incorrect Operation 3 . ECM-P227900 intake Air System Leak General Failure Information. No Sub Type Information 4.ECM-PO34400 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent (Bank 1 Or Single Sensor) General Failure Information No Sub Type Information 5 .A DIESEL ENG-P133078 Injector Control Pressure Lower Than Desired (Engine Car also had a big tear on the leather of the dashboard , driver side which was never mentioned or shown anywhere in the advert . inspection mechanic was shocked to see that too . I sent an Email to big motoring to get those issues fixed so I can come and collect the car asap . After many calls and conversation with Sales , reception and finance someone decided to call me back today to inform that their CEO ( Harry wormwood from Matilda ) have decided to not to fix any issue on that car as it is an old car and put it up for sale on website again immediately to sell to someone else WITH FAULTS as it is . They said they have refunded my £ 500 deposit but I feel cheated upon as if they had not listed the car for sale with faults then I could have bought a car without wasting my hard earned £ 160 , saving me from the the nightmare, hassle I had to go through in the process , his response was that it was a courtesy call to inform me and I can go on website and reserve the same car again . Not to my surprise they have already re listed the Volvo XC90 FM15NFZ again with faults to make some else POUND FOOLISH .. If they have any courtesy they should 1st refund me the £ 160 too and then fix all those issues before selling it to some one else .

I would give it a 0 if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I purchased my car 10 days ago and have seen damages on my car after 1/2 days that was very well hidden from me. They took my car to wash after signing an agreement without asking me if I wanted one, and they clearly touched up the chips so it looks presentable on the viewing, and it must have come off during the wash. They also done a brilliant job trying to hide a massive crack on the plastic near the ignition (by the driving wheel) which looks absolutely disgusting and definitely not worth the money I paid. They are ignoring my emails and they keep telling me the manager does not deal with this matter, its the 'after sales' team, which they are never available. I still do not have my agreement with big motoring world, only my finance. BIGGEST SCAMMERS. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS AS I DID AND NOW IM IN THE SAME POSITION!!!!!!!

Lloyd in response to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! 0 STAR RATING!!!
They done the same with me, booked to see the car I bought and they literally just washed the car before showing it to me. When asked why “I can’t see for any scratches now” they said they’d never heard that before! Got the car home after wash and dry myself and was covered in scuffs and scratches!
Refused a return on a 2 week old faulty vehicle My mother purchased a 26k car from them. The vehicle had scuff marks to the nearside rear. The employee stated they would buff out and that you could claim on the Paint protection to fix it. This was a lie. They also supplied no documentation on this £1000 option they sold her. They sold her a 3 year £3000 warranty and stated you can take it to VW. Now claiming "oh you can but we only cover £75 an hour". Stated this was in the terms but terms not supplied until the day after buying the vehicle. Took 8k from my card but this wasn't reflected in the finance amount. For comparison, VW offer 2 years warranty, 2 years servicing, 2 year breakdown for £750. A third of the price and servicing included. The vehicle has scored rear brake discs. Instructed to go to Halford. Halfords state it needs rear Discs and pads. Big Motoring World say it doesnt need them after seeing 1 picture. Their "master tech" says its just corrosion. They havent even seen the vehicle. The vehicles got knocking from the suspension. The Gardx applied with swirl marks all over the car, at a price of nearly £1000. Lied about the full price of the car with options. Refusing to replace the discs and pads. Requested a refund within 30 days and refused to accept the return. Charged £750 for Gap insurance when it was purchased elsewhere for £150.
I’ll start by saying if could give you one piece of advice in life it would be to avoid this company like the plague. Their prices may seem competitive buts it’s all an elaborate scam to entice you on site where the hard sell begins. I had spotted a car on their website I was interested in, then received a px quote from their website (which was close to what I was quoted from 2 x local dealers). I then spoke to one of the sales team on the phone (Yuvraj) and was given an approx. cost to change. So, then a I headed down, a 7 hour drive each way! When I arrived the place was manic, but in fairness I was seen quick. Sales rep was friendly and had a short test drive but all in all I was happy with the vehicle. Then they started the hard sell with all the bolt-ons, paint protection/interior protection, warranty, scratch etc..... I mentioned to the young lady the car was still under manufacturer’s warranty until 2025, she quickly dropped the whole warranty (which was circa 5k), she was also pushing leather care products which the car did not have ! Anyway, then came the price. So, they came back regarding the px and had dropped their valuation by >£3k, I was stunned and offered no explanation (car is showroom condition btw), I stated their website quoted a much higher valuation, so she went on and carried it out and it was indeed showing >£3k higher than they were offering. Surprised she advised this was probably a ‘glitch’ on their website, and they could only offer the lower price. (Later she changed her terminology from ‘pricing glitch’ to its only an estimate). I was ready to leave and she brough out her manager Robert who tried the hard sell further, thankfully I have a brain and walked out. So, 14 hours of driving wasted to view a car, was completely mis sold on the phone. Clearly their sales tactic is to lie to get you down and hope you go through with the sale anyway. Thankfully after reading some of the other review on here I’m glad I didn’t purchase anyway. I will be filing the relevant complaint to the regulator on the matter.

Absolutely awful. I paid a deposit for a car and booked an appointment for Wednesday to view the car and drive it away. I live in Sheffield so needed to drive to Peterborough to collect the car. I hired a car as I am currently carless, filled the car with £50 of petrol, paid £250 car hire, organised to drop the car off in Peterborough while I sorted a taxi to the car showroom. Sorted insurance etc….. Called this afternoon to pay for the car to be told the car wasn’t at the showroom and wouldn’t be for my appointment tomorrow!! If I hadn’t have called i would have been stuck in Peterborough with no car as they had zero intention of letting me know it wasn’t available. So I’ve wasted £300 plus my time and all the hassle of cancelling insurance etc…. Called to complain and they were suppose to email the complaints email. Surprise surprise they haven’t. Awful, you should reimburse me for my wasted time and money.

Was sold a vehicle with dangerous faults and they are doing everything they can to avoid fixing this. Had the vehicle one week and it has dangerous faults. They claim they carry out 200 checks don’t be fooled. The after sales team are useless still no resolution to the problem with the car.

The car i bought was advertise as having a hands free tail lift.. ( Place your foot under the rear bumper and it opens) The sales person demonstrated this to me on first viewing. However, after taking the car home a couple of days later. This function did not work. On closer inspection the parts that work this had been removed. I took the car back and explained the situation. But they denied that it was ever on there in the first place. And said they never showed it to me. After some discussion, NO joy. I kept the car. And as far as i can tell, no other parts had been removed. Fingers crossed! So please check the car thoroughly before driving away! I would never buy a car from these People again!!
