If I could I give 0 stars. Avoid this company and don’t trust reviews on Trustpilot as they are using customers data and write their own 5*reviews. And if you decide to go and buy a car from them anyway, be aware of hidden products which they won’t inform you about. They are hidden in documents (which btw they won’t print out for you even if you ask) and they only pass you tablet to sign them. When we tried to read them the sales person just said “oh this is just this and that” and all the time were holding the tablet so we couldn’t scroll through them. We only found out when we got home and printed all of them, just to find out that 1 of them we can’t even cancel. Customer service 0 points, e-mails, phone calls not answered and when they were answered after over a week they never answered to question asked. Whole experience with this company is very bad. Also we saw the advertisement for our old car they are selling now and it’s lie after lie on the video. They even saying it has rear camera - which it doesn’t.

This is our third purchase from BM World and as before not pushy and the salesman was great, I can see that people are moaning about their warranty, we took out a 24 month warranty and it’s been hassle free to use it, listen we get they are all used vehicles and will have issues, I have 3 issues and the service we have received is brilliant, all our issues are being resolved without question, and even had a courtesy car to help me too. So I can vouch for M World, thanks once again guys

Appalling experience. We recently enquired about a car which was located over 4 hours from us and after discussing the car with a sales representative on the phone and being reassured by the 3 month warranty and the 200 point check we paid a non-refundable £99 for a 'move the car' service in order to view the car closer to home. We then drove over two hours for a pre-booked appointment to view the vehicle. When we arrived the car had not been cleaned, the seats were muddy and the windows dirty. The 3 month warranty turned out not to offer any reassurance whatsoever and didn't cover any major failure on leaving the forecourt, but it did offer a maximum claim of £500 with a £100 excess. We could however purchase a much better warranty for over £1000! We were also not told that the vehicle also had advisories on a break disc and it had worn out tyres on the front. On a vehicle with 27K miles we didn't expect to have to pay to have work completed as soon as we purchased. The sales representative, while perfectly friendly didn't know anything about the vehicle. Is it unrealistic to expect that you should be able to purchase and drive away a vehicle in good working order that does not need work (tyres and brake discs) to be carried out as soon as you buy it? We left saying that we were still very interested and would still be keen to purchase the vehicle if the points raised were resolved. We have heard absolutely nothing. Very disappointing and would not recommend Big Motoring World. Sadly I didn’t find the link to these reviews until too late https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/big-motoring-world?MB3YPv7

Purchased car on 24th Jan 2024 from Leeds. Next day substantial oil leak starts. Phoned up after sales department and apparently this is ok and not an issue................ MOT a few weeks ago mentioned minor oil leak. Advised on a number of occasions that this had been fixed and would not pass their 200 point checks if still leaking. So either they lied and didn't fix it or this is a new leak and they do not care. Absolutely shocking service after spending £26,000. Legal advice taken and the made company aware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and will look at court proceedings shortly. ***100% AVOID AND DO NOT TRUST IN ANY WAY***

Purchased an Audi A3 from the Blue Bell Hill site on 6/01/24. Majority of the sales process went well and a nice setup. However that's where the niceties end. Firstly the Big Motoring World Warranty is a con ! Don't be persuaded into purchasing it. It was sold to us verbally as a all inclusive, no hassle Warranty. Salesman stated any issues, it included the option of being able to take it to any main dealer, or any registered garage for repair and diagnostics. Straight after collection of the vehicle a fault with the MMI system and Bluetooth system in the car was found, can't connect to any mobile devices and constantly have glitches and errors. This was reported on the Warranty app and directly to Big Motoring Word aftersales team via phone and email. Over two weeks have gone by now and they have only just given a date for it to be looked at 70 miles away from my address at their own site in March which is a month and a half away. They stated the Warranty doesn't not cover the use of any garage or main dealer as verbally sold and can only be taken to their sites ..... total waste of money and a total con ! Phone lines to the aftersales team are constantly not working and when they do if you request a callback they do no phone you back. My advice if you buy from here is politely decline any warranty policies they try to sell and purchase through an external third party at a significantly reduced price if needed. So to summarise, good layout and process when purchasing. Warranty and insurance products offered are mis-sold and not worth the paper they are written on, not to mention very over priced too. Non existent aftersales customer service. Not willing to help rectify faults with vehicles at purchase in a timely manner. Aftersales take constant chasing for a reply, don't reply to emails and are not interested in rectifying any problems. Now considering rejecting the vehicle under the consumer rights act as not getting anywhere with Big Motoring World. Will not be purchasing from Big Motoring World in the future.

I bought a car from this company in January 2023 and have the car broke down in December 2023. I have had 7 weeks of being fobbed off and the car is no closer to being repaired. This is the worst company to buy a car from. Please stay away
As per my previous review (link at bottom) we were lied to when viewing the car and was told that the car had been serviced by Big Motoring World (BMW). BMW have since confirmed that this is not the case and stated that they would only service the car if the service due indicator was on when they had possesion of the car. Looking at the data on the car for when the next service is due and working back 12 months (the car was on a 12 month service schedule) it falls on the exact day they completed their so called 200point check proving that not only did they have the car when it was reset but they did so to mislead ourselves to believe the car was fully serviced at the time of purchase with the sales team even demonstrating the vehicle as such. In addition to the above, they have still not managed to find the cause of the coolant leak, with the car due in tomorrow for the third time for further tests only for us to receive a document to sign to say we would be responsible for £5000 excess on the courtesy car if it was damaged. They seem to be forgetting that we only need that courtesy car due to the fact that they sold us a faulty car in the first place. I have also requested to reject the car on the basis that they have had it in twice now and could not find the cause of the fault but have outright refused despite it being a legal requirement. Avoid these at all costs

I purchased a C-Class ( 3 years old ) and they sold me the vehicle with only 54% battery so some of the electrics are not working even though they told me the vehicle passed a 200 point check so you would expect the car to be in excellent condition. This is not even the problem , the real issue is to try to get it sorted !! The sales agent that sold me this car told me that if anything happened to the car I could take it to any local garage as long as they are VAT registered… that was the first lie … I have now been told I need to take the car to one of their centres - the closest to me is in Snodland ( 50 min away ) but surprise ! They only open Monday to Wednesday ! And no appointments available until February . The service from the after sale team is shocking !! It takes them between 5-10 working days to reply emails, when you call them they can’t do anything for you as whatever you ask has to always be checked my another team and they do not understand my needs. I took an extended warranty with them and I strongly advise everyone to not take anything extra with them. I bought this car the first week of November 2023 , I escalated this issue two weeks after and I still have not had a solution. Never buying a car with them again

CX21ZPM SKODA OCTAVIA HYBRID ESTATE Gear selector fault Rear right brake grinding and scored 1 key not working Container of fuel added yet zero miles Timing belt ? I took delivery of the car on the Friday 15th December I did swerve the extra 3 year warranty at £1900 and I'm so glad I did because these jokers are absolutely the worst ! I was told both keys worked and a canister of fuel had been put in the car. On leaving the showroom the car read zero miles of petrol and zero miles of electric, but I did get to the fuel station. The brakes did sound very bad but I didn't know if this was what a hybrid was supposed to sound like. I woke next morning and had a look at the brake discs, looking through the wheel spokes , 3 were OK, one was badly scored and it was clear that the noise I could hear was a worn out brake pad grinding on the disk. It was at that point I found that only one key worked and a fault warning was on the dashboard of an overheating gearbox (upon startup) I tool the car back to the showroom on the saturday 16th December to be told no-one there could help me , i asked to see a manager and she changed the battery on the key and told me she would book the car in on monday and provide me with a courtesy car, and she would ring to confirm on Monday 18th December She never called. I did manage to get through to aftersales on the 12th attempt , the previous 11 attempts resulted in the phone line disconnecting before being answered, and a call to the only line in service, sales, Georgie, who was worse than useless refusing to help or connect me with anyone of any help , however on the 12th attempt to get in touch with after sales the phone did connect, and the person I spoke with was quite frankly rude and unhelpful. She told me to drive the car to kwik fit for a free brake check, but would not autorise any repairs if they were needed. So I travelled to the Leeds showroom after work and there I encountered no help either. I couldn't leave my car with them I couldn't leave my keys with them They wouldn't inspect the car And if I left the car on site , they couldn't be liable for its safe keeping , and no , they had no idea which manager I had spoken to on Saturday that had promised to get this mess sorted out. As the car not only has a metal to metal brake issue and also a gearbox issue , I consider the car undriveable, and had the vehicle recovered under the warranty in the interests of safety to my home address as the site could not guarantee the safety of my car to be roadworthy ,and not guarantee the safety of the car if left on site. I phoned after sales again today and asked them to book the car on under warranty for the repairs, yes of course, we could get you in on the 2nd January.(14 days away) WHAT ? what am I supposed to do over Christmas with no car , I'm terribly sorry sir there's nothing we can do. We are now in a position that I have no choice but to consider this car to be unfit for purpose and reject it on the grounds of safety. I have given big motoring world every opportunity to rectify these issues and now consider our transaction to be unrecoverable Now I wait for the next stage with an undriveable car and they have my money.lets see how long it takes to unwind this transaction , they say 2 weeks but ......

Total scamming clowns . Bought a car within 20 mins the car faulted with a TPMS malfunction the time I picked the car up on a Sunday they was closed so I called the next day and logged my complaint about the fault . Took 2 weeks for them to contact me back with another 2-3 weeks worth of battling back and fourth emails telling me I need to take 2 days off work to take the car for diagnosis and repair which I explained I can’t do with my job . I asked for a courtesy car got told no they don’t have any until 2024 . I sent an email over a week ago and I’ve been ignored I called over a week ago and requested a call back and been ignored . I was told I need to pay for the repair and claim my money back from big motoring world . I also complained about a vibration from the rear of the car (tyre balancing) . I already knew what the fault was with the TPMS system as I’m a mechanic so after nearly 5 weeks of battling back and fourth and getting nowhere I’ve had to layout £85 on genuine sensors , code them and balance the tyres as the tyres big-motoring world had fitted wasn’t even balanced . If you want to get technical about things i was left to drive around in a car for 5 weeks with the car not having the now (legal requirement) system active and working on my car . Also all the sensors that was fitted to the car was faulty and non genuine so how did that pass a legit MOT ? With a tyre pressure warning message on the dash ? As the MOT testers are not allowed to reset dash lights ?? Edit : as I can’t respond to the below reply . Clearly you can’t see that I have stated I have now since repaired the car myself (as I’m a mechanic) and he’s I’m in talks with an aftersales manager which clearly isn’t going to resolved so that’s fine il carry my review on to the likes of Twitter and Google . Also have now been reported to trading standards Lee
