Purchased a Mercedes C Class in January 23. Driving home warning lights appeared and was advised to take it for a diagnostic check. The Mercedes garage found a Nox sensor fault and condensation in the near side headlamp. The Nox sensor was replaced in the Big M W Snodland garage but this failed after a week. They fit cheap parts, not the dealer parts. The condensation in the headlamp was ignored. I had the Nox sensor fitted by Mercedes and Big MW reimbursed me for what it would have cost them to do the repair. The headlamp has subsequently blown but BigMW are saying it’s too long after the purchase date to do anything.

The car they sold me has issues with tyre gauge, suspension and brakes, which costed more than £1000 to repair. After one month of back and forth with the company, They offered £36 as compensation. It is a joke. I would avoid buying from them.

Avoid at all costs. Non existent after sales care. Constantly getting bounced from one department to another with each dept deflecting accountability and every tactic used to erode your consumer rights of a refund within 30 days. Warranty is basically useless. No meaningful replies after 2 weeks , phone lines thay ring out and line goes dead - only to be told ' keep trying ' . Like I havent got anything better to do. Complete cowboys 🤠

The worst car dealership. Terrible aftercare! We purchased a car from these scumbags last year and everything was good until the car died on us. Took out extra warranty to find out that it wasn't worth the paper it was written on even though it cost a fair amount. When we purchased the car unluckily we also inherited the problem they are denying that it's their responsibility. Now £6500 down to get a new engine fitted. Fuming!! Avoid like the plague!!!
I brought a vehicle last month & was miss sold their warranty. I was advised you cannot buy for one year then extend if required, and I was needing to buy the full years from the outset. Would have rather extended it yearly. They have offered to reduce my warranty now after complaining & I’m sure they will reply with this comment. However this is not the point, I should have been given the correct information from the outset. They have breached the consumer protection from unfair trading regulations (2008) namely giving false information to, or deceiving consumers. (Probably so the salesperson gains commission) Points on car; -car already had guardx and they were trying to make me buy this also. -big gash on tyre (which would fail an MOT) BMW Response to this is poor, and it definitely happens more often than not. Don’t get caught out! Even better, DONT use them!

Within 24 hours of owning the car the car had a major fault. £800 worth it took many phone calls and 2 weeks for the slow aftersales team to fix this. Car returned after 2 weeks, within 24 hours the clutch brakes. Absolute shambles. Never use this place. Ever! Scammers and basically sell you anything they don't care what state its in.

No working a/c from day one and corroded brake disks, brakes pads thickness under 3mm. The process of the car rejection takes too long and all inconveniences are going from your pocket. It’s painful process. Waiting up to 14 days when you get your money back to be able to buy another car. so think twice and double check what you are buying.Never bigmotoring again

4th time customer....first time with a problem recently. Been a learning curve. Would not use again. Warranty pretty much worthless, if you can find a garage that will even work with their warranty company, the claim limit is £500. Poor after sales Every tactic used to get you to keep the car for over 30 days to erode.you consumer rights for refund. Guess a leopard never changes it spots. You've been warned. Take great care. When we get my wife's new car next month we will use a local garage. Also, why do they force you to take gardx, I told the guy I didn't want it and didn't want to pay £700 for a bag of shampoo. After multiples discussions he said he would give it to me for free. I said no thanks, I don't want it, as in, I do not want it full stop. He wouldn't stop. I said it's just a bag of shampoo I would have to throw away at a later date. He forced me to take it and put it down on my invoice....wtf. something weird going on there. Who pays £700 for some shampoo anyway??

Bought a car from these scammers, firstly the battery was flat but assured it was because the car had been stationary for a while. Had the car less than 2hrs before it started showing signs of major faults. Customer services are appalling, never answer questions directly and that is if you can actually get hold of them, if you ever manage to speak with the head of Big Assist or even the CEO of the company you would realise why, lead by example I guess! By his own admission he is ‘loving life’. Probably from all his hard earning customers money that he’s scammed them out of! We’ve been left severely out of pocket by dealing with these scammers. Save your money, your sanity and go somewhere reputable. They will not carry out the checks they promise to do and most certainly will not offer you the BIG quality they propose to offer. If I could. I would rate zero stars!
