Having had an experience at Big Motoring World in Addington I found with the cars I viewed that they were poor quality, mainly high mileage cars at auction if I was guessing. They do no pre sale checks, rarely even cleaning the car. They sell it below retail price but are not interested if anything is wrong with the car. So effectively you may as well go to the auction yourself and cut out the middle man.
Advertised a car that wasn't there - even looked around the back for it- only have to review these guys online to find out it wasn't a once of. Pay more buy local and don't be disappointed.
I have to say my experience with Big Motoring World will be a memorable one... But not for any positive reasons. Looking at recent posts, they dont seem to respond to 'negative' feedback but im going to continue anyway... 1. I made an appointment to see and test drive a car, so its fair to say they knew i was coming. But the car wasnt ready - i had to wait half an hour for them to move a load of other cars just to get the car I wanted to drive out - not sure i see the point in me making an appointment then? 2. Big Motoring World tried to charge me £1500 for warranty and £700 for Guard X, but said they would half the price of each if I took them both out.. Not quite sure how they worked their prices out, who knows what else they are scamming on if they can offer such a hefty discount.. Oh yeah I do.. Their Guard X is a rip off.. the sales manager wasn't too happy when I told him Car Giant are doing the EXACT same thing for £269!! 3. The worst is yet to come... The day i went to pick the car up, i was hit with an additional £1000 charge because Joe the salesmans messed up.. He'd written down the wrong mileage on my part ex, which resulted in me being offered a considerably lower value than originally agreed. He'd even forgotten to add my part ex to the invoice.. Can you imagine my horror when they told me how much I had to pay? Naturally i spoke to someone higher up the chain, But Craig, the sales manager, was just plain rude and blunt and quite frankly needs to sort out his attitude. Big Motoring World didnt care their salesman had messed up, nor did they try to do a thing about it, It was pretty much take it or leave it. But we had a verbal contract, i even had it written on their branded paper.. But apparently it wasnt signed on the agreement so they couldnt do anything. I couldnt beleive it, how can they get away with that? ive never encountered such vile customer service; out of principle i walked away infuriated, but after checking the market, there wasnt anything else like it. I assume had I've not taken the car, this would've escalated further, so looks like Joe will just get a slap on the wrist for now. Me? Well, i've got a dented purse but a pretty cool car.. So if you consider buying a car from here, I advise you to reconsider.
I bought a car there. The car was clean, big site. I love my car. Great service.
BMG has a very strange marketing strategy : 1- Advertise a car they don't have at a knock down price. 2 - try to sell you a car you don't want when you arrive. 3.- never contact you as requested and then remove car from web saying it never existed. 4- Hope they can survive now there is a car selling boom on and nobody reads the terrible reviews. Everything went smoothly at Big Motoring World, they wouldn't budge on the price but the car is excellent, it's a great drive and I'm really enjoying it so I can't complain too much.

Big Motoring World were ok, they had the car I was looking for at the right price but it was very much an in and out transaction, very little in the way of customer service, no sit down or cup of coffee or anything like that. The car itself is running well and hasn't let me down yet.

Big Motoring World were quite good, I had to take it back almost right away with a fault but the just booked it in and got it fixed, even gave me a courtesy car in the meantime, since then the car has been fine and I've got no complaints about about the dealership or the service.

My review for the Big Motoring World in Addington goes as follows. There was a slight problem in the fact that the car wasn't ready on time but when when it was it had been well valeted and was absolutely lovely so they redeemed themselves as far is I'm concerned. The car was to specification and the staff were lovely so overall I was very happy to do business with Big Motoring World again,

The price advertised for the car I purchased from Big Motoring World Addington was not the price I paid. It went up due to the market value apparently. The car had damage and they agreed to repair it before purchase the following week. A week later i arrived after a 2 hour train trip to find the work hadn't been done and was told to bring it back at a later date or pay to repair it locally. Did not enjoy the drive home. I now feel like I got ripped off twice.
