I bought a BMW X5 40D M-Sport from the Enfield branch. Such a nice and bubbly environment with great tunes and great Coffee! The Saleswomen looked after me with extreme professionalism. I would definitely buy a car from here again especially at the price I bought 👌🏽🔥.
I had such a pleasant time with big motoring world, Drew was such a good salesman he was extremely helpful and informative, he made us drinks and made us feel right at home. the managers were very respectful and didn't feel pressured at all. handouts were very efficient, Dilan from finance was very nice also! I would definitely recommend buying a car from here especially from Drew.

This place is massive I’ve never been so many cars and selection is one place. Went with my wife to buy a Mercedes’ A class service is very friendly and welcoming. Process took around an hour was severed by a young gent new his stuff would recommend
I bought my car from here less than a month ago, 4 years old with 30,000 miles on the clock, fast forward 3 weeks my car won’t start. Big motoring worlds after sales team don’t work on the weekend which is very funny when they have a full team of pre sale employees who do ready take your money. I called up to be told my car can’t be fixed by them until 4 weeks time end of December which is an outrage because unless you’re privileged enough to have a second car isn’t possible at all. I need my car for work which they came back to and said you can get this done by a local garage. Luckily Halfords were able to help which came to 300 quid. I have 3 month warranty on this car which I got told repeatedly is a (gesture of good will from these money grabbers) but what’s my £200 admin fee for then? The sales rep done nothing for getting my car! This dirty company offered to give me £128 for my repairs which was a sensory issue nothing from my end. For a job that cost 300 quid al because it had to be done from a different garage. I wouldn’t need to if I didn’t have to wait 4 weeks to get my car fixed for your issue!. Now who expects having a car for less than a month you’d have to spend an extra 180 on repairing it. Honestly anyone looking for a new car do not come to this place they are so happy to take your money but when it comes to paying and being fair they lack none of it. Tell me honestly how you don’t have a after sales team on the weekend m. It’s such poor customer service you money grabbers. I’m happy for you to reply because I can carry on for hours big motoring world I’ve provided my plate for you to know exactly who I am. Anyone who has any questions please ask I’m more than happy to tell you why this is horrific

"Buy with confidence" this is exactly what I did from such a big massive established company. And now I am starting to regret what else will unfold from this Purchase I made from Big Motoring World, I am having to go back an forth to a Tyre Garage for evidence as the BMW I purchased did not come with road worthy Tyres, B Motoring World said their reports in April showed 3.2 on the tyres how do we know this is true? Anyone can write anything on paper, no one really checks these things, I have seen this in car rentals and other dealers, do anything just to sell the car. and my Purchase was late May, so Big Motoring world are trying to say possibly I did the tyre thread down to 1.1? I am sure that your drivers have rinsed the car out, it came dirty and they had to clean it out, even after a day it was full of spiders and I had to pay £20 to get it cleaned, my first experience buying from what I know call a 3rd party dealer like big motoring world has destroyed my experience, I thought I was in safe hands, it's not about customer satisfaction because if it was then I would not be typing this, 2 of my mates brought from you and one had to get their car towed and you paid compensation after a warranty check was done. I am so unhappy that now I am feeling fobbed off. It has become so stressful that I am now out of pocket of £160 for changing something that should of been given new to me, I Don't even drive that much but such a big company can't even reimburse my £160, its so bad that they should take the car and put brand new pireli tyres on for free and reimburse my money, instead of wanting me to go back and forth, I work 12 hour shifts and its hard to keep on going back and forth, I need to send this article to all my social celeb friends so the whole UK can see what I went through buy buying a car at Big Motoring World. I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with a purchase in my life, I am now worried what else may unfold, I even told then to take the car back and give me something else, they said no, now I am starting to worry and think that's why they was trying to get rid of the car, even after the first car wash, all the scratches which was probably temporarily covered with ink had become visible, I feel like I have been ripped off. So unhappy that the company call themselves Big but when it comes to genuinely their mistake they become small in after care. You a big rich company could easily take my car put new Pireli tyres on there instead of the old pireli tyres and compensation for all this hassle I have been going through, you can do much more to satisfy your customers, it was a big purchase for me. Choudhury, A member of our After Sales team reached out to you on Tuesday with a timestamped image showing your vehicle with the registration number clearly visible, driving over our tyre tread reader proving that the tread depths were no lower than 3.2mm at this time, this is well above the legal limit of 1.6mm. ME: I have never seen such a lying company in my life, why are you lying for? To protect your company? This is just trust pilot, once you piss me off then I will flood social media with a real time stamp of everything your putting me through, I had to put emergency Non run flat tyres on because you gave my tyres that did not last a month, there is a same review from Chris Ling - 18 June 2021 with the same treatment and his tyres wore also given unroadworthy, this is starting to show that your fake lying tyre checking system is not working. Also I do not appreciate your false claim that apparently you sent me, let me correct you, at no point did you send me any emails proving the registration number plate and thread reader showing 3.2, infact please do send me this now that you lied, you should actually send me this proof. Also this shows how crap your company is, instead of waffling and making crap up, its very simple, get my tyres replaced for new ones via kwik-fit, your accounts pay for it, also you compensate me for trusting your unworthy tyres that could of endangered mine and my peoples lifes by giving me unroadworthy tyre CEO Peter I hope your reading this as after reading this reply I am planning to move into social media, it goes deep from there as my people have millions of followers, I wont stop until you play fair with me, you did wrong, own up, apologise, sort out new run flat tyres, compensate me and then case closed. Please big motoring world, do not send me me waffling replies.
